| 2 | 10.1 | CHARGES FOR REPAIRING OF 1600MM OD HDPE PIPELINE CONNECTING NORTH STORM WATER RESERVOIR TO SEA OUTFALL (NORTH SIDE PIPE) @ IOCL REFINERY, PARADIP - INCLUSIONS • Survery and mobilisation • HDPE-( 1600 mm OD) connecting/ Spool Piece Welding • Designing and Installation of Spool Piece (Connecting Pipe) • Supply of flanges, gaskets, studs & nuts and other materilas other than pipe. • Offshore crafts - (Marine crafts, Jack-up rig and allied work boats, diving gears, floating cranes, Launch, Barges, Tug etc., & all other supports required to complete the job) • Onshore supports (Cranes, Manpower, Excavator, Sheet Piling,e tc. & all other supports required to complete the job) • Off shore Manpower (Divers, Skilled and Unskilled & all other manpower requirement to complete the job) • On shore Manpower (Operators, Skilled and Unskilled & all other manpower requirement to complete the job) • Site Preparation • Removal damaged pipe, removal of damaged flanges, welding of new/old HDPE pipes, welding/fitting of new flanges at the broken ends of the pipe, laying of HDPE pipeline on shore as well as in Sea, bolting & debolting of flanges etc & all other supports required to complete the job as per instructions of EIC • Removal of existing damaged counter weight and providing new counter weights as per instruction of EIC. • Food and accommodation for manpower (including Charges for Mobilization and Demobilization of Resources (onshore &offshore)) The above are indicative inclusions in the contract. The work has to be carried out as per technical specifications at the directions of Engineer In Charge. Note-1 : All statutory requirements including coordinating & liasoning to carryout above jobs shall be in the scope of contractor. The above jobs are to be carried out as per the directions of EIC to his completed satisfation.
