Note: Subject To Regularization Of Special Train Services Into Regular Train Service And Subject To Originating & Destination Stations, Path, Type And Service Being Same And Subject To Any Other Operational & Technical Feasibility This Contract Shall Be Applicable For The Regular Train Service. It Should Be Noted That The Tender Is For Already Running Passenger Special Express Train Starting With 0 Number And Railway Administration Reserves The Full And Absolute Rights To Short Terminate These Tenders/Contracts At Any Point Of Time (Or For Taking Any Decision Regarding The Discontinuation/Continuation Of These Tenders/Contracts With Modified/Additional Terms And Conditions) Depending Upon The Continuation/Discontinuation Of These Special Train Or Commencement Of Corresponding Regular Train Services And Subject To Noc/Operational Feasibility From Destination Railway.
