| 3 | Description:- Supplying, installation and commissioning of machinery / components conforming to relevant BIS\rspecifications at site of work (ETP-II @ CWS/GOC) to utilize in revamping, effective operation and functioning of\rETP-II in CWS/ GOC of the following with necessary Tools & Plant, assembling, labour charges, cost of materials,\rloading/ unloading, conveyance, taxes, incidental charges etc,. Complete by the contractor and as directed by\rEngineer's in charge i). Two numbers of Submersible pump of 5 m3/hr capacity at collection well, for pumping of\rwater from oil skimmer to flash mixer chamber. (Make CNP / CRI or equivalent). ii).One number of flash mixer\rtank made of 5 mm MS plate with epoxy coating to size 600 mm height and 300 mm diameter . The mixer shaft\rshould be made SS 304 duly fitted with 0.5 HP, 96 RPM motor. iii). One number De Emulsifier dosing system of\rcapacity 0-10 LPH, electronic metering with material of construction Polypropylene (Make XEED or equivalent)\riv). One number Lime dosing system to capacity 1 m3/hr, mechanical vertical glandless pump (Make Process\rpump or equivalent) v). One number Polymer dosing system of capacity 0-4 LPH, electronic metering with\rmaterial of construction Polypropylene ( Make XEED or equivalent) vi). One set of Clarifier mechanism with 1 HP\rmotor and gear box, platform, feed well with material of construction MS with epoxy coating. vii). Two number of\rfilter feed pump of 5 m3/hour capacity, discharge head of 26mWc, horizontal type, made of Cast Iron( Make\rKirloskar or equivalent) viii). One number of Pressure sand filter of flow 5 m3/hour capacity, 800 mm diameter,\r1500 mm height, vertical type, made of MS with epoxy coating, 40 NB multiport valve duly providing filtering sand\rand gravels as per requirement. ix). One number of Activated carbon filter of flow 5 m3/hour capacity, 600 mm\rdiameter, 2000 mm height, vertical type, made of MS with epoxy coating, 40 NB multiport valve duly activated\rcarbon, sand and gravels as per requirement. x). One number of Ozonator of capacity 40 gm with 0.5 HP\rsubmersible re circulation pump and distributor head. Conditions: 1.For all the components existing wiring is\ravailable, the same are to be connected during erection to the components. 2.The contractor has to ascertain\rsystem after revamping to meet the TNPCB water outlet parameter for reuse of water for process. 3.The\rcontractor has to issue Performance and Mechanical guarantee for a period of 12 months from the Date of the\rrevamping work. |
