19 19 Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , including making good damaged/hungry joints in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC (Liquid type of Dr Fixit) complete as directed.M&L for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ration of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. complete all as specified and as directed. \nNote : Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approval of the same by GE. \n Item19 1000 Sqm
20 20 M&L for carrying out effloresence treatment to exposed and prepared wall surface in item No 19 here-in-before in following sequence :-\n(a) Prime the prepared surface with one of the following product mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio as bonding agent :-\n(i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite\n(ii) Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika\n(iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC\n\n(b) Immediately after priming the surface PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) to be applied "BY HAND" while the primer is tacky. PMM should be prepared by mixing one of the following compounds in Cement Mortar 1:3 as per manufacturer's instructions :-\n(i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite\n(ii) Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika\n(iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC (c) PMM surface should be allowed to dry one day. After that it shoud painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of 1 (selected compound) : 1:1.5(Cement) :-\n(i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite\n(ii) Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika\n(iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC\nNote-Surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. Making 3 Nos holes of complete earthing set in which each hole should be provided with 100 Kg Bentonite in outer 150 mm part of the hole and inner 200 mm dia fill with back fill material. Manufacturer name shall be embossed on rod. 25 x 3 mm copper shall be buried 20 cm below the ground used to interconnected the earths and to make the ring. The earth pit cover polypropylene (250 mm Top x 340 mm Bottom x 250 mm Height) of 2 Kg weight shall be included in the scope of work including PCC (1:2:4) base block of fitting of pit cover as directed by Engr-in-Charge. \n Item29 2 Each Set
31 29.1 Make: OBO/ENNOV/DHRUVA TECHNOLOGIES\nNote: (i) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. On testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1.0 Ohm is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result obtained.\n(ii) The copper strip from star point of earthing to euipment or entire earting system to Eqpt/bldg only shall be measured and paid under relevant item separately. \n(iii) Government approved certified lab certificate of resistivity of back fill material should be produced before commencement of work. (iv) Exothermic welding shall be measured separately(Except on earth electrode)
32 30 S&F of copper strip 25x3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors or down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.\nNote:- In copper strip copper should be more than 90%. Copper percentage test certificate from govt approved lab should be produced before excecution of work. Item30 50 RM
