Carrying Out Different Work Under Business Plan Scheme In The Area Of Ee , Eudd-Ii , ( Mathura ) In The Jurisdiction Of The Superintending Engineer , Electricity Urban Distribution Circle , Mathura .-1 Cartage of following material from Store centre, Mathura to work site. 2 ST Pole/PCC Pole (11/9/8.5 mtr. Long) 3 11KV XLPE cable of size 3x/185/120 Sq.mm. 4 LT Aerial Bunch conductor of size 3x120/95 5 LT PVC Cable 1x240/400/630/3.5X240/150 6 Other line material such as cross arm, MS top channel, bottom channel, ACSR Dog/Rabbit/ Weasel conductor, insulator, clamps, nut & bolts etc. 7 Digging of pit & erection of new single support ST Pole (11/9 mtr. long) for 11KV line including grouting of pole and fixing of all clamps, cross arm, pin/disc insulator & other accessories as per relevant drawings. Any fabrication if required for above support. 8 Digging of pit & erection of new single support ST Pole (11/9 mtr.) for LT line on ABC including grouting of pole and fixing of all clamps, insulator & other accessories as per relevant drawings. Any fabrication if required for above support. 9 Digging of pit & erection of new single support PCC Pole (8.5 mtr.) for LT line on ABC including grouting of pole and fixing of all clamps, insulator & other accessories as per relevant drawings. Any fabrication if required for above support. 10 Earthing of ST pole/Body Earthing Of T/F by M.S earth rod. 11 Painting of ST pole. 12 Digging of pit & erection of Stay rod with grouting cement sand and brick ballast including Nuzzling, binding Complete. 13 Laying of AB conductor of size 3x120/95 for LT line on erected poles 14 Laying of LT PVC Cable of size 1x240/400/630/3.5X240/150 15 Installation of Distribution box on ST Pole/PCC Pole for AB Conductor. 16 Laying of Underground 11KV XLPE cable of size (3x185/120 Sq.mm) inside HDPE pipe.n(HDPE Pipe will be provided by contractor) 17 Providing & fixing of G.I Pipe of diameter 4/6 inch for riser. 18 Jointing of cable with another cable/overhead line at the D/P structure through 33/ 11 KV outdoor cable jointing kit (3X120/185 Sq. mm) 19 The Construction of new Plinth of Size 5’X5’X4’ above ground level and one ft. below the ground level for 400/250 KVA transformer 20 Removal of old transformer (400/250KVA) with all connecting accessories from existing plinth and shifting & installation of transformer with all connecting accessories to the newly constructed plinth including jumpering etc. 21 Removal of old transformer(100/63 KVA) with all accessories from existing double pole and shifting & installation of transformer with all connecting accessories to the newly constructed Double pole including jumpering etc. 22 Installation of following transformer on Plinth/Double pole with all connecting accessories jumering etc. including carriage of transformers from store centre, Mathura to work site. 23 400 KVA Transformer on Plinth 24 250 KVA Transformer on Plinth 25 100 KVA Transformer on Double Pole structure 26 Tail-Less Unit Complete 27 Construction of M.S angle fencing of size (3M x3M x2M) around the plinth of 400/250KVA transformer and gap between the M.S angle should not be more than 65mm. 28 Complete chemical earthingof 11/0.4 KV 250/400 Distribution Transformer by digging pits 6” dia upto 3 mtr. deep including chemical filled pipe in between (pipe-in-pipe) ISI mark B Grade & connecting with G.I strip of size 50mm X 6mm with neutral/body of 11/0.4 KV distribution transformer to above pipe-in-pipe (PIP) and filling of chemical crystalline conductive mixture containing highly conductive material around the (pipe-in-pipe) up to 3 Mtr. including making of chamber at the top of the earthing. Other details are as below:-n1.Earth pipe material – mild steel, Galvanised.n2-Main Electrode diameter – 42.4mm.n3-Auxiliary Electrode pipe, Diameter – 76mm.n4-Wall Thickness of main Electrode :- 2.6mm.n5-Wall thickness of auxiliary Ist whole:- 3.2mm.n6- Length of earthing electrode (PIP):- 3 Meter.n 29 Dismantling of single support ST Pole/ PCC (11/9mtr.) pole with complete accessories and cartage of material from work site to Store Center, Mathura. 30 Dismantling of 33/11KV line and cartage of material from work site to Store Centre, Mathura. 31 Dismantling of LT line and cartage of material from work site to Store Centre, Mathura. 32
