6 6 M&L for Repairing to 33/11 KV Power transformer of 1600 KVA Capacity including the following work:- (a) Power transformer is to be disconnecting and taking down carefully from the foundation by providing suitable capacity of crane/ hydra to transport the power transformer in workshop/ firm, (b) Dismantling the transformer limb, draining out tranformer oil and lifting the core coil assembly , taking out complete winding from the primary and secondary Limbs and cleaning, (c) Rewinding of transformer HT and LT limbs containing supper enameled copper coil of suitable gauge for both side including insulation, drying ,fixing and testing complete for satisfactory operation of tranformer. (d) Cleaning inside the chamber of tranformer, scrapping complete all sludge and iron particles,(e) M&L for two coat of oil resistance paint in tranformer inside over a coat of red oxide metal primer. (f) Painting of transformer out side of body completely with two coats of synthetic enamel gray paint after washing /removal of all dust , grease, oil etc after scrapping old painted surfaces, stopping minor leakage through soldering and brazing, (g) Filling of new transformer oil up to required level as per OEM with adequate dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (h) Reassembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gaskets, spacers, nut, bolt etc and return back after repairing including installation and commissioning and testing, Note:- (i)The Repairing and servicing of transformer is to be carried out by OEM/Authorised firm/ dealer. (ii) The cost of HT/LT stud,bushing, Insulator, Sillica gell ,new transformer oil and other items of transformes shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.(iii) All petty parts including nut, bolts,gaskets , minor welding deemed to be included in rate quoted. (iv) The cost of transportation and lifting and fixing arrangement for the transformer shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
