( A ) The Manpower To Be Deployed Shall Be As Per The Following Any Shift Timings:- ( I ) First Shift - 0600 Hrs To 1400 Hrs ( Ii ) Second Shift - 1400 Hrs To 2200 Hrs , All As Per Ser Item No 7 Here-In-Before But 1 X Mate Electrician/ Helper , Note: ( I ) Contractors Are Advised To Visit The Site Before Quoting The Rates ( Ii ) Wage Paid By The Contractor To The Persons Employed Shall Not Be Less Than The Minimum Wages Fixed By State/Central Government From Time To Time Whichever Is Higher ( Issued From Goi Time To Time ) . ( Iii ) The Payment Shall Be Made To The Workers Through Online Banking And Bank Statement Of Fair Wages As Per Minimum Labour Wages As Mentioned Above Shall Be Submitted Along With The Rars/Fb For Payments . ( Iv ) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Epf , Esi , Bonus , Lwc , Safety Etc , And Insurance Of All Trademen Employed By Him As Per Existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations . ( V ) Contractor Special Attention Is Invited That Payment Of Electrical/Labour Shall Be Made Only Online Banking And Same Shall Be Deposited In Adhar Link Account Of Electrician/Labour . Documentary Evidence For The Same Shall Be Submitted To Accepting Officer/Garisson Engineer/ Engr-In-Charge Before Payment Of Rar/Final Bill . ( Vi ) Contractor And His Personnel Detailed For Management And Operating Of E/M Installation Shall Be Responsible For Serviceability Of Installation . In Case Of Any Major Fault Occurs In Above Mentioned Item , He Will Report Directly To Concerned Je E/M/Age E/M , Person Deputed For Manning & Operation Will Be Responsible For Minor Maintenance & Repair And Cleaning Of Surrounding Area Complete . ( Vii ) Necessary Weekly Off Will Be Given To Manpower Employed For This Schedule As Per Existing Rules And Regulation Of State/Central Govt , And Necessary Replacement Will Be Provided By The Contractor . Rates Quoted For This Schedule Shall Deemed To Be Included This Provision . , ( Viii ) In Case Absence Of Any Electrician/Workmen From Any Shift Will Be Penalized With A Penalty Of Double The Rate Quoted By The Contractor , In Addition To The Shift Not Taken In To Consideration For Payment . Electrician And Workmen Wanting Leave Will Get It Sanctioned Before Proceeding On Leave Along With The Name Of Individual Who Will Be Performing His Duty/Shift In His Absence . No Replacement Of Electrician/Workmen Without The Knoweledge Of Department Will Be Allowed . ( Ix ) Safety Equipments Tools , Veh For Minor Maint , First Aid Kit And Uniform By The Contractor Will Be Provided To All Tradesmean Without Any Extra Cost To Government . ( X ) Log Book , Muster Roll , Duty Roster , Daily Breakdown Register , Attendance Register And Other Requisite Register Shall Be Maintained By Electrician/Worker And Get It Signed By Concerned Je , Engineer-In-Charge And Contractor On Daily Basis And Same Shall Be Submitted Monthly To Accepting Offficer For Inspection And Other Details As Specified In Ps . ( Xi ) Electrician Should Posses Iti Certificate In Respective Trade With Minimum 02 Years Experience Or 3 Year Experince Certificate For Running Of E&M Installation And Well Conversant With The E&M Equipmens With Connected Panels And Must Produce Qualification And Experience Certificates Duly Attested By Gazetted Officer . The Attested Certificate Shall Be Submitted To Accepting Officer At The Time Of Commencement Of Work . ( Xii ) The Gst Included In The Rates Quoted Against All Items . ( Xiii ) It Is Sole Responsibility Of Cotractor If Any Mishappening Occurs Including Accident/Injury Due To Any Reason , Department Shall Not Be Held Responsible On This Account . Nothing Exta Shall Be Admissible On This Account From The Department .
