Tenders are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum wages applicable as per policy of wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e. Govt of India/State Govt/ Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess ( LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. Note 3. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST. Note 4. | 13 | 3.1 | Notes : For Item 1 & 2 here-in-before :- a) Material such as soap, cotton waste, protective gas mask, gloves and other instruments etc, as required for maintenance, Outsourcing services of plant shall be arranged by the tenderer from his own sources for which cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made separately on this account. b) Tenderer must visit all the plants to ascertain the conditions of the plants as well as to ascertain the exact scope of the work with prior appointment of AGE E/M Mohanbari before quoting unit rate and no extra claim what so ever on this account will be entertained at a later stage. c) The Contractor Shall be responsible for making good damage occurred due to inadequate experience of staff employed employed by him and or negligence of his workmen. d) The Contractor shall be responsible to keep the installations neat and clean on every day including cutting of grass inside fencing and outside 3 meter around fencing. e) Adding bleaching powder/High strength calcium based granular chlorination chemical (Altoch GP/Sodium hypochloride/ Poly aluminium chloride powder) in the water main through bleaching dozer/chemical dozing pump installed in pump house as per requirement in order to get 2.00 PPM residual chlorine in water at source and 0.2 to 0.5 PPM result at the users end and keeping record of consumption there of. Testing of water sample twice in a shift at test point and recording test result in a register. f) Filling of DHPP and Engine oil in DG set tank as required and log sheet of DG set running to be maintained properly. g) DHPP Only will be issued under Schedule 'B' as 'free for mixing/filling". The Contractor shall collect the same from MES Store yard of AGE (AF) E/M Mohanbari at Walong at his own arrangement and cost. Engine Oil & Altoch GP shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and shall not be issued under Schedule 'B' as 'free for mixing/filling". h) It is an express condition of the contract that tenders are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum wages applicable as per policy of wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. j) Tenderer's are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimel place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimel place. k) 'Nil' or 'Zero' quoting against Overhead and profit shall be treated as non-bonafide Tender. l) In case of the tie in amount between two or more bidder firms, the preference shall be given considering working capital ( not more than three months old), turn over (last three financial years ending prior to bid/ publishing date) and List of all works of similar nature completed in last three years ending in the month prior to date of bid publishing date) m) Contractor will also provide mask and sanitizer to each Electrician/Operator and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. | |||
