2 1.01 A. Operating staff required as under :-
3 1.02 (a) Electrician (Skilled) - 01 No per shift (Total 03 Nos for three shifts)
4 1.03 (b) Helper (Semi skilled) - 01 No per shift (Total 03 Nos for three shifts)
5 1.04 Note :- Electrician should be technically qualified (having Govt approved ITI qualified having minimum two years experience/ a person having seven years experience in the relavant trade/ Ex - service man of the relevant trade and original certificate to this effect to be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before handing over the site) and Contractor has to provide them all the required electrical T & P and safety equipments (Shorting rod, HT PVC globs, Safety Belts, Ladder, crash halmet, etc) and Bicycle/vehicle to attend the complaint.
6 1.05 2. Nature of work involved :-
7 1.06 (a) Operation of DG Set in case of power failure from SED and attending and rectifying day to complaints of electric & water supply
8 1.07 (b) Operation of Pump House and water supply installation including pumping of water to overhead tanks and opening/ closing of valves for distribution to unit area all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
9 1.08 (c) Periodical inspection and maintenance of recores thereof Electrical and water supply Installation Machines.
10 1.09 (d) Periodical checking of earthing of electrical equipments and maintaining records thereof.
11 1.1 (e) Operations of GODs and replacement of GOD fuses if required.
12 1.11 (f) Filling of diesel/ POL in the DG Set and Maintenance of daily log sheet and record of DG Set and Sub Stn
13 1.12 (g) Checking and Repairing Street Light and Security light fittings (Labour Only)
14 1.13 (h) Inspection and Maintenance of Earthing Pits

16 1.15 Note 1:- The personnel employed by the Contractor must have Aadhar number and bank account.
17 1.16 Note 2:- Contractor Shall install & Maintain digital Bio-metric attendance systems at the installation as required to record the attendance of the personnel and authorised admin for Bio matric machine will be the concern JE E/M Incharge of the installation all as directed by Engineer Incharge. Expenditure in this effect shall be included in quoted rate.
18 1.17 Note 3:- It is an express condition of the contract that payment of wages to tradesmans/workers deployed at site of work shall be made through bank account of individuals only. The contractor deposit/ distribute the payment in first week of every month and will confirm to Engr-in-Charge by submitting the bank transaction document from bank. The salary paid to the trademen /worker shall not be less than minimum wages/fair wages as notified time to time by Govt.
19 1.18 Note 4:- Contractor shall follow the updated Govt Labour Act strictly.
20 1.19 Note 5 : Operator must wear proper uniform as approved by Engineer In Charge while on duty and operator without approved uniform will be treated as absent from duty.
21 1.2 Note 6 : Quoted rates shall be inclusive of necessary cost of reliver for the operator on sundays and holidays.
22 1.21 Note 7: Recovery will be made at twice of the quoted rate in case of operator found absent.
23 1.22 Note 8 : Operator should not leave premises of the building/ installation for any reason and till reporting of next duty operator.
24 1.23 Note 9 : Tradesmen must have to wear proper uniform while on duty as approved by Engineer-in-Charge or else without uniform he will be treated as absent and necessary recovery will be affected from contractor's becoming due's at the rate of Rs 100.00 per person per Shift. Cost of provision of uniform shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.
25 1.24 Rates required to be quoted by the bidders for execution of work as described in serial item No 1.00 to 1.23 here-in-before for the following components:\n
26 1.25 Minimum fiar wages for Electrician (Skilled) and Helper (Semi skilled) per shift as per relevant note of Schedule 'A' Notes 990 Per shift
27 1.26 Employer's Contribution towards Employee Provident Fund (EPF) as per relevant note of Schedule 'A' Notes 990 Per shift
28 1.27 Contribution towards Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) as per relevant note of Schedule 'A' Notes 990 Per shift
29 1.28 Employer's Contribution towards Bonus as per relevant note of Schedule 'A' Notes\n 990 Per shift
30 1.29 Over Head Charges and profit as desired by bidder as per relevant note of Schedule 'A' Notes (It should not be less than or equal to zero) 990 Per shift
31 1.3 Good and Service Tax (GST) as per relevant note of Schedule 'A' Notes 990 Per shift
32 1.31 Labour Welfare Cess as per relevant note of Schedule 'A' Notes 990 Per shift
