37 34 Supply, install, testing and commissioning HT 11 KV , 3 Phase 50 Cycles, totally enclosed , metal clad with drawable type vacuum circuit breaker AIS panel stand alone type used as outgoing, having rupturing capacity 350 MVA as per ISO 9001and IS 14001 certification and as per IEC 62271-100-200 with short circuit rating 18.4 KA for 3 Sec having one No 630A horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker with copper bus bar of suitable rating , floor mounting , trolley mounted complete with following:-\n(a) Manually & motor operated ( 230V, AC, 50 Hz ) spring charged trip free type incorporating mechanical as well electrical ON/OFF indication “OFF” push button test/ service position limit switches with 5 +5NC breaker auxiliary contacts in service position.\n(b) Epoxy cast wound current transformer (CT) dual range 11 KV of ratio 100-50/5A with digital metering and protection core including necessary control wiring:-\n (i) 15 VA burden for protection ( class 5P 10)\n (ii) 15 VA burden for metering (accuracy class 10)\n(c) Protection arrangement for the breaker shall comprise of the following :-\n (i) Numerical IDMT relay with shunt trip on 24 V DC, consisting 2 element over current relay with\n setting from 50 to 200% (step of 25%) and one element earth fault relay with setting form 20 to \n 80% ( step of 10%)\n (ii) Trip circuit supervision relay \n (iii) Anti pumping relay RE -300\n \n 3 Each Job
38 34.01 (iv) Test terminal block fuses, circuit label, phase indication lamp etc as per standard \n(d) The following meters are to be provided \n (i) Digital voltmeter range 0-12KV with built in selector switch and suitable for 110V AC 96x96 \n Sqmm dial surrounded terminal.\n (ii) Digital Ammeter range 0-1200A with built in selector switch dual graduated scale 96x96 \n Sqmm dial surrounded terminal\n (iii) Suitable for 24V , DC supply, healthy indication lamp and switch. \n (iv) Control : T-N-C (trip neutral and close) breaker control switch with indicating arrangement.\n(v) Danger plate (as per manufacturer instructions)\n (vi) set of circuit breaker ON/OFF/Auto trip/Spring charger /Trip circuit healthy indicating lamp LED\n (vii) Anti condensation space heater / thermostat.\n(e) All wiring necessary for the above incl interconnection. The size of the conductor shall not be less than 1.5Sqmm copper wire where required. \n(f) Necessary MS cable box for cable termination at input and output.\n(g) Per pack with charging system. \n
