3 3 Disconnecting and taking down the Transformer of 100 KVA capacity from the existing position and transporting to work shop and opening the outer cover, draning out the oil and lifting the core along with winding, finding the faulty/burnout primary and secondary winding and rewinding with fine enameled insulated copper winding of same size/gauge, turns keeping in hot air oven till the moisture evoporates, reassembling the transformer parts such as core, winding, outer cover, refilling back the Transformer oil complete and transporting back to its original position and reconnecting the LT/HT cable connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. 1 Each Job

12 12 Repairs and servicing of HT 11 KV VCB of current rating upto 630Amps capacity type by drawing out breaker assembly from panel and carry out the following work :- (i) Cleaning/ decarburizing of all fixed and moving contacts, levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc, \n(ii) Adjust the trolley in and out mechanism , (iii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, automatic shuttering system, necessary brazing, turning, polishing of main and auxiliary contact, demoisturing of insulators, etc to be done (iv) Checking all end terminals, Tighting the nut bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, draw-in the breaker, put in position, engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. \nNote1 : Cost of unserviceable spare parts such as Charging motor,EFR,Aux relays, Vertical connection adapter , Fixed/Moving contacts ,Battery backup etc.. will be measured and paid under respective items\nNote2 : Primary/Secondary injection Test Kit and Insulation testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor and rate deemed to be included the unit rate. \nMake: M/s Siemens India Ltd / Shneider/ABB as approved by GE 2 Each Job
