Welding work should be done with good quality electrodes, good works-manship and weld should be gap free, crack free, uniform and non-porous. Excessive weld should be chipped off to avoid any sharp edges.Reassembling of winch machine, anchoring the stem rod and fitment of winch machine on hoisting. Cleaning of both the grooves of gate where the movement of gate occurs.Checking of up/down movement and alignment. Painting of complete gate structure after thorough cleaning with sand paper & patties, applying one coat of red oxide & two coat of anti corrosive super enameled paint at location of gate.
