58 46 Tightening of existing loose stay wire & other parts of stay assembly with suitable tension including providing nuts and repair to un-winded stay wire etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 40 Each Job
59 47 M&L for disconnecting existing transformer step down 11 KV/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type of capacity 63 to 100 KVA, taking down from site of installation, opening the top cover of transformer, draining out transformer oil from the housing in suitable containers (containers to be provided by the contractor) and deposit the oil in store yard of AGE MFFR, inspecting / assessing the defective / burnt parts, core assembly, etc in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge, shifting the transformer to workshop for repair including loading, unloading, transportation etc, cleaning and making good surface including internal cleaning, removing sludge, etc and painting with one coat of zinc chromate paint to the inner side of the transformer body and one coat of synthetic enamel paint (grey) on outer body of transformer by using spray machine after cleaning & removing oil spots etc, carrying out necessary repair to transformer at workshop, re-assembling, shifting back to site, reinstalling, re-connecting, re-commissioning the transformer and testing at site on full load, complete all as specified and as directed. 1 Each Job
