Rate is inclusive of preventive maintenance and no extra payment would be made to carryout the preventive maintenance jobs as mentioned above. (Scope of work excludes Major Repairing/ Replacement of pipline/ Valves/Tank cleaning and Painting etc. which will be paid seperately as per the Zonal / Non Zonal rates after obtaining Admin / Expenditure Approval from the competent Authority.
