1 1 Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of DG Sets at Power House Base Ops & SRE for three shifts of 08 hrs each for seven days in a week with one operator ITI qualified in the trade of Electrician / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter per shift round the clock continuously, including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed. \nNote:- \n1. The rates quoted shall include the cost of Cleaning, securing, runnning the installation round the clock as instructed and directed. \n2. The Cost of Greasing, oiling, gland packing, necessary tools for operation shall be included in the rate quoted.\n3. Coolant, Engine Oil and DHPP will be issued under Schedule 'B 'free for filling. The unit quoted rate shall include the cost of Collecting and refilling of same from the store yard of AGE E/M.\n4. Power house of GCA and SRE are located nearby to each other. The DG Sets at both the locations ie GCA and SRE shall be operated by the same operator but no extra payment shall be made on account of operation of two installations by one operator.
2 1.01 Basic rate for 01 (One) ITI qualified operator in the trade of Electrician / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter 1002 Each Shift of 08 hours
3 1.02 Employee's provident fund (EPF) for 01 (One) ITI qualified operator in the trade of Electrician / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter\nNote:- The amount against this item shall be payable only after submission of valid and aunthetic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of EPF to the workmen i.e. proof of payment 1002 Each Shift of 08 hours
4 1.03 Contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for 01 (One) ITI qualified operator in the trade of Electrician / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter\nNote:- The amount against this item shall be payable only after submission of valid and aunthetic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of contribution towards ESIC to the workmen i.e. proof of payment 1002 Each Shift of 08 hours
5 1.04 Contribution towards bonus for 01 (One) ITI qualified operator in the trade of Electrician / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter\nNote:- The amount against this item shall be payable only after submission of valid and aunthetic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen i.e. proof of payment 1002 Each Shift of 08 hours

8 1.07 Note for item No. 1.01 to 1.06 above:-\nRate quoted by the contractor against the item No. 1.01 to 1.06 above which corresponds to / works out to lower than the corresponding minimum rates of wages / subscription / contribution towards Employees provident fund (EPF), Emplyees State Insurance Corporation, Bonus; Overhead & profit and labour welfare cess prevailing on the bid submission end date shall be treated as Non-Bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance.
9 2 M & labour for comprehensive Maintenance for a period of 11 Months and servicing of DG Set of capacity 200 KVA Make : Mahindra comprising Diesel Engine , AMF Panel & Control panel microprocessor based for the following job by carrying out the following jobs as given below:-\n(a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the oil pan with new engine oil to it’s required level, \n(b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel\n(c) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set\n(d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set\n(e) Supply and replacement By pass filter set\n(f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner\n(g) Check and topping up coolant level\n(h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors\n(j) Checking and clearning exhaust system including removing of deposited carbon in exhuast pipe.\n(k) Adjustment /setting of V Belt and fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer\n(l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of self starter, Alternator, sensors etc.\n(m) Testing of DG set at connected load all as directed by the Engr in charge. (n) Replacement of burnout Copper/aluminium thimbles existing size by crimping with crimping tool properly completely. (o) Weekly & Monthly maintenance be carried out apr OEM recommendation.\nNote (a) Engine oil, Fuel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, petroleum jelly, waste cloth, seal, gaskets etc are to be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. \n(b) Coolent for topping up measured and paid saparetly\n(c) Engine oil /Spares/filters of make reccomended by OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set. 1 Each Job
10 3 M & labour for comprehensive Maintenance for a period of 11 Months and servicing of DG Set of capacity 125 KVA Make Kirloskar Green comprising Diesel Engine , AMF Panel & Control panel microprocessor based for the following job by carrying out the following jobs as given below:-\n(a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the oil pan with new engine oil to it’s required level, \n(b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel\n(c) Supply and replacment of fuel filter set\n(d) Supply and replcement of lubricating oil filter set\n(e) Supply and replacement By pass filter set\n(f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner\n(g) Check and topping up coolant level\n(h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. 11 3.01 Note for ser item no 2 & 3 : (i) The contractor shall detail techinician to attend breakdown of any type with in 24 hours failing whic panelty at the rate of Rs 1000/- per day shall be deducted from the dues during the contract period inclusive of all sundays & holidays. \n(ii) Preventive maintenance as per schedule be carried out. However, if any other activity is required to be additionally done for proper maintenance of the system as per the OEM recommendation, carry out the same with prior approval of the accepting officer. The Preventive maintenence shall be carryout for complete DG set / AMF / Panel & its associated accessories installed at various locations. The preventive maintenance shall be carried out in such a manner that overall functioning of the system & functional equipment is barely affected. \n(iii) All other items required to replace will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of schedule.\n(iv) In case, the contractor wants to get the payment against this item during currency of contract, payment shall be released only on completion of each calendar quarter on proportional basis. \n(v) If contractor to fails to execute any of the works as mentioned above , no payment against the item shall be allowed. The contractor shall detail techinician to attend breakdown of any type with in the period of contract. i.e 334 days inclusive of all sundays & holidays. \n(vi) Preventive maintenance as per schedule be carried out. However, if any other activity is required to be additionally done for proper maintenance of the system as per the OEM recommendation, carry out the same with prior approval of the accepting officer. The Preventive maintenence shall be carryout for complete system & its associated accessories installed at various locations. The preventive maintenance shall be carried out in such a manner that overall functioning of the system & functional equipment is barely affected. \n(vii) All other items required to replace will be measured and paid seperately.\n(viii) If contractor to fails to execute any of the works as mentioned above , no payment against the item shall be allowed.\n(ix) Minor parts other than the items above but costing less than Rs 500/- per job also included in the rate quoted.
12 4 S&F as in repairs MCCB 4 Pole, 125 Amps, rupturing capacity 16 KA, 415 volts grade AC 50 Hz of suitable frame size as existing, Magnetic adjustble type and making connections using suitable size copper lugs /timbles by crimping tools, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. 1 Each
13 5 Taking out existing radiator, draining out, cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower recharging the chemically treated coolant including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for 125 KVA & 200 KVA DG Sets complete all as specified and directed. 2 Each Job
14 7 Supply and topping up of coolent for DG set in sealed container Make as recommended by OEM of DG Set complete all as specified and directed. 16 Litre
15 8 Supply only Hose pipe set with clamp, nut & bolt complete, suitable for DG Set of capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA of existing make complete all as specified and directed 8 Each
16 9 Supply and replacement of battery, maintenance free 12 volts 180 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. 2 Each
17 10 Supply and fixing as in repairs 1.00 metre long battery lead of 25 sqmm single core PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable with one side copper lugs and other side Brass battery terminals complete all as specified and directed. \n 4 Each
18 11 Supply only Fuel Flexible pipe 15mm bore outer embedded in flexible metal wire having one side nut & one side banjo or both side nut or both side benjo as per existing, suitable for DG Set of capacity 125 KVA to 200 KVA any of make Cummins/Ashok Leyland/Mahindra/Kirloskar. 6 Each
