( Iii ) The Contractor Shall Maintain Daily Log Sheets As Per Performa Provided By The Department And Shall Submit The Same To The Engineer-In-Charge On The 1St Day Of Every Month Pertaining To The Previous Month . ( Iv ) The Contractor Shall Maintain The Attendence Register For The Operetors Employed By Him And Shall Produce The Same For Inspection As And When Required/Demanded . Experience After Metric Standard From A Recognised School All As Per Policies In Vogue . ( V ) Attending And Completing All The Tasks Required For Uninterrupted Operation Of Ht/Lt Connections ( Vi ) Cleaning Of The Installations Inside The Plant And Machinery Room & Cleaning Around Installations , Removing Of All Types Of Vegetation , As Well As Out Side The Premises Of The Installation Around Not Less Than 4 Metre Radius As Required Daily Including Necessary T & P All As Specified And Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge .
