41 36.02 NOTES :- 1. Solar Module should have high conversional efficiency of minimum 15.8% each module and two 4 Sqmm UV resistant cable approx 1.2m length and terminated with connectors MC4 compatible connectors. Glass with anti reflective coating, excellent performance in low light, torsion and corrision resistant with anodized aluminium frame. \n2. Solar PV Modules shall have Warranty for a minimumn period of 10 years against all material/manufacturing defects and workmanship. PV Modules shall be warranted for their output Peak Watt capacity which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years from the date of successful completion of trial run is the scope of the bidder. \n3. Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID), which must contain following information:- \n(i) Name of the manufacturer of PV module & Solar cells. (indigenously made) \n(ii) Month and year of the manufacture (Seperately for solar cell and module). \n(iII) Country of origin (seprately for solar cell and module).(Made in INDIA only) \n(Iv) I-V curve for the module. \n(v) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module, also Unique serial no and Model No of the module. \n(vi) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate. \n(vii) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate. \n(Viii) Other revelant information on traceability of solar cells and modules as per ISO 9000 series. \n\n
42 36.03 (B). MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR SOLAR PANEL & CONNECTED WORK :\nSupply, design and fabricate module mounting / fixed type structure ( for SPV Plant of combined capacity 1 MWp, AC output) hot dipped galvanised mild steel with coating not less than 85 microns and suitable to withstand wind speed upto 170km /hour and electrolytically compatible channels, bracing purlins of any size, electromagnetic washers, nuts, bolts including cutting, drilling etc alongwith concrete grouting for required rigid support as required at site as per OEM/MNRE Norms recommendations. The design should be as per IS 2061 & galvensing as per IS 4759 code and suitable for the wind speed, sun light and climatic condition of the plant loaction i.e. mathura. The design life should be more than 25 years and minimum yeild strength of steel should be 340 MPa.
