(c) Suitable nos. & suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class F insulation suitable for operation on 415 vots_10%, 50Hz, A.C. supply (d) suitable nos. & suitable capacity star delta starter suitable for compressor motor complete with ammeter, overload protection, under voltage protection, protection against phase reversal & independent single phase preventer etc. complete as required. (e) 1 set- lubrication device, oil strainer, automatic pressure regulating valve, oil heater, oil heater thermal switch etc. as per specifications. (f) 1 No. machining shell & tube water cooled condenser of M. S. Shell and integrally both side finned copper tubes. The pressure drop across condenser should be less than 3 meter water column. (g) 1 No. machining shell & tube flooded type chiller for screw type units of MS shell and integrally both side finned copper tubes. The pressure drop across condenser should be less than 3 meter water column. \n(h) 1 Lot- Refrigerant piping fittings, valves and accessories to inter connect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve. The expansion valve shall work on level sensing technology. (i) 1 Set- Microprocessor based control panel ( Modbus and bacnet protocol compatible) complete with accessories and inbuilt OEM provided remote monitoring facility to the remote access for the chiller by OEM as per the specification. (j) Lot- Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valve, liquid line indication, liquid level control etc. (k) Lot- water flow switches at outlet of condenser & chiller, water drain and air purge valves wherever required. (l) Lot-Suction Line and chiller insulation (OEM provided factory installed) with minimum 19 mm thick polyvinyl nitrile rubber insulation complete as required. (m) Lot- Frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller compressor and motor with base plate complete with anti-vibration pads/springs. | 3 | 3 | Scope of work (B) Erection, commissioning & installation of new chiller machine shall include following:-\n1. Erection & Commissioning work of new water Cooled packaged Air Conditioner shall be done as per one to one basis.\n2. Mechanical and electrical modification if required, shall be done as per site requirement only.\n3. Dressing of electrical wires/mechanical fittings shall be done properly, after installation of new \n AC.\n4. Consumables materials, T&P required for the work shall be in the scope of firm.\n5. After complete installation of new AC, useful parts from condemned unit shall be handed over the \n UPRVUNL as well as scrap shall be disposed in the scrapyard.\n6.
