    Supply Of Ohcu Dump , material code 8370120744 engineeering , design , manufacture and supply of 6x1500 rtj class vi shut off valve as per specification and scope of tender , lumpsum price for providing fire proofing for actuator and accessories as per specification and scope of tender , lumpsum price for mandatory spares . ( vendor to indicate individual break up prices separately in the sheet attached with the boq ) , lumpsum charges for expert site visit for minor valve repairs using mandatory spares . using 6 mandays . the charges for 6 mandays shall include to & fro fare , boarding & lodging charges , insurance , etc . , all inclusive for the service personnel .
