56 56 Disconnecting loading and transporting servicable transformer (up and down) to workshop and transporting back to site (After servicing) of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, by means of crane/ manually for servicing and reinstallation, making connections and commissioning at site after servicing complete all as described below:-\n(a) Opening the transformer, collecting transformer oil, taking out core of transformer by disconnecting the same from HT/ LT bush rods, opening of core lamination and taking out all the HT coils of transformer.\n(b) Rewinding the damaged HT coils with standard copper enamelled conductor including necessary insulating material such as paper insulation, cotton tape sleeves etc, varnishing the complete HT coils including new wounded with 'F' class insulating varnish. (Rewinding of HT/ LT copper coil shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items of BOQ).\n(c) Assembly of laminations of core after inserting the newly wounded coils with other coils and making connections of entire HT/ LT limbs complete.\n(d) Heating the assembled core in oven to desired temperature and testing the same for required insulating result of transformer.\n(e) Assembly of transformer after carrying out the repair work and making all HT/ LT connections with respective bush rods.\n(f) Dehyderation of transformer oil (collected from transformer) to get dielectric strength not less than 40 KV in first tipping with 5mm electrode gap and filling the same in transformer (Extra transformer oil required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ).\n(g) Installation of transformer on locations as directed by Engineer in Charge on existing HT pole structure/ plinth and making all HT/ LT and earth connections including testing the transfromer on full load for 3 hours and on 10% extra load for two hours complete all as directed. 3 Job
