Outsourcing Of House Keeping And Conservency Services For The Office Of Ge Brichgunj , Port Blair , Tenderers Attention Is Invited To The Following:- ( A ) Tenderer Shall Quote Not Less Than The Minimum Wages As Notified By Government Of India/Concerned State Government / Local Body , Whichever Is Higher And Also Not Less Than Applicable Rates For Contribution Of Employers Towards Epf , Contribution To Esic , Bonus And Contribution Of Lwc Under Respective Headings/Sub Items As On Last Date Of Bid Submission . In Case The Rates Quoted Are Less Than The Prevailing Rates/Instructions Under Any Headings/ Sub Headings The Bid Will Be Treated As Non Bonafide/Invalid . ( B ) The Percentage Rate Quoted At Column 14 Shall Be Inclusive Of All Taxes , Cess , Levies As Applicable Including Gst And Misc Expenses Mentioned In Para ( C ) Below . ( C ) The Contractor Shall Pay The Workmen Not Less Than The Minimum Wages ( Higher Rate As Applicable ) And Submit The Proof Of Payment With Aadhaar Linked Bank Account Details Of The Workmen Employed . ( D ) The Actual Amount Paid Towards Employers Contribution Towards Epf , Contribution Towards Esic And Bonus Shall Be Payable Only After Submission Of Valid & Authentic Support Of Proof Of Payment . ( E ) Rates With Nil Or Zero Consideration Or Minus Percentage Of Over Head And Profit Shall Be Considered Non Bonafide . , Data Entry OperatorOut Sourcing Of Services For Data Entry Operator For Compilation Of Reports And Returns , Entry Of Various Data , Generaton Of Reports , Keeping Record Of Progress Of Works , Stores And Entering Data In Computer And All Works As Directed By Officer-In Charge . Note:- ( I ) The Contractor Shall Deploy - 01 No Of Data Entry Operators Daily . ( Ii ) The Data Entry Operator Shall Attend The Office During Working Hours As Prescribed And Report To Officer-In-Charge . ( Iii ) The Data Entry Operator Shall Have Adequate Knowledge In Operating System With Ms Office . ( Iv ) The Data Entry Operator Shall Have Training In His/Her Trade Of Minimum 02 ( Two ) Years Of Experience With Minimum Educational Qualification Of Intermediate With Three Months Certificate Course In Ms Office ( V ) In Case Any Variation In Manpower As Indicated In Column No . 3 Of Boq Due To Any Reasons / Or Any Manpower Held In Department Or Any Policy Change Contractor Shall Have No Claim On That Account . , Filing AssistantOut Sourcing Of Services Of Filing Assistant For Filing All Documents . Filing Assistant Shall Maintain Serial Number Of Files , Opening Of New Files According To Main Heading Of The Subject Dealt With Various Sections , Each Letter In Files Shall Be Serially Numbered With Back Reference/Forward Reference , Docket/Index Sheet And Updating Of Files , Handling Of Files All As Directed And To The Entire Satisfaction Of Officer-In Charge . Note:- ( I ) The Contractor Shall Deploy - 02 Nos Of Filing Assistants Daily . ( Ii ) The Filing Assistant Shall Attend The Office During Working Hours As Prescribed And Report To Officer-In-Charge . ( Iii ) The Filing Assistant Shall Have Adequate Knowledge And Having Experience Of Two Year As Office Assistant/Filing Assistantce . ( Iv ) The Filing Assistant Shall Be Trained In His/Her Trade With Minimum Educational Qualification Of Intermediate . ( V ) In Case Any Variation In Manpower As Indicated In Column No . 3 Of Boq Due To Any Reasons / Or Any Manpower Held In Department Or Any Policy Change Contractor Shall Have No Claim On That Account . , Printing AssistantOut Sourcing Of Services Of Printing Assistant For Assisting Preparation Of Power Point Presentations , Taking Print Outs Of Design , Engineering & Auto Cad Drawings And Assisting Draughtsman In E-6/E-2 Design Sections , Updating And Entering Data In Computers To The Entire Satisfaction Of Officer-In Charge . Note:- ( I ) The Contractor Shall Deploy - 01 No Of Printing Assistant Daily . ( Ii ) The Printing Assistant Shall Attend The Office During Office Time And Report To Officer-In-Charge . ( Iii ) The Printing Assistant Shall Have Adequate Knowledge In Operating System . ( Iv ) The Printing Assistant Shall Be Trained In His/Her Trade Having Minimum 02 ( Two ) Years Of Experience With Minimum Educational Qualification Of Intermediate . ( V ) In Case Any Variation In Manpower As Indicated In Column No . 3 Of Boq Due To Any Reasons / Or Any Manpower Held In Department Or Any Policy Change Contractor Shall Have No Claim On That Account . , SafaiwalaOutsourcing Internal Conservancy Services For The Bldgs Viz Office Complex Including Verandahs , Toilets , Corridors , Roofs , Drains . , Cleaning And Disinfecting Of Toilets , Brooming And Mopping Of Rooms , Verandahs , Corridors With Disinfectants , Re-Arranging Of Furniture , Sweeping The Surroundings Of Office Complex Including Roads And Paths , Cleaning Of Windows , Glass Frame , Doors , Computers , Printers , Fax Machine , Ups , Telephone Instruments Xerox Machine , Dusting Of Furniture , Ceiling Fans , Removal Of Cobwebs , Etc . , To The Entire Satisfaction Of Adm Officer/Section Heads . The Cost Of Various Consumable Items Including Disinfectants Like Phenyl , Acid , Naphthalene Ball , Cleaning Agents Like Vim , Detergents , Broom , Brushes , Duster Etc Shall Be Deemed To Be Included In Quoted Rates . Note:- ( I ) The Contractor Shall Deploy - 09 Nos Safaiwala Daily . ( Ii ) The Safaiwala Shall Attend The Office During Office Time As Directed By Officer In Charge . ( Iii ) In Case Any Variation In Manpower As Indicated In Column No . 3 Of Boq Due To Any Reasons / Or Any Manpower Held In Department Or Any Policy Change Contractor Shall Have No Claim On That Account . ( Iv ) Safiwala Shall Have Minimum Educational Qulification Of High School And Minimum Two Year Of Exprience In The Trade . , The Rate Quoted By The Contractor For Item No 5 Is Inclusive Of Supply Consumable Items As Per Ps Clause No 5 . 1 Shall Be Included In The Over Head Profit . In Case Of Non Quoting In This Effect No Claim Shall Be Admitted In Later .

1 1 Tenderer's attention is invited to the following:-\n\n(a) Tenderer shall quote not less than the minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government / Local body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer's towards EPF, Contribution to ESIC, Bonus and contribution of LWC under respective headings/sub items as on last date of bid submission. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any headings/ sub headings the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid.\n\n(b) The percentage rate quoted at column 14 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST and misc expenses mentioned in para (c) below.\n\n(c) The contractor shall pay the workmen not less than the minimum wages (higher rate as applicable) and submit the proof of payment with aadhaar linked bank account details of the workmen employed.\n\n(d) The actual amount paid towards employer's contribution towards EPF, contribution towards ESIC and Bonus shall be payable only after submission of valid & authentic support of proof of payment.\n\n(e) Rates with Nil or Zero consideration or minus percentage of over head and profit shall be considered non bonafide. \n\n\n
2 2 DATA ENTRY OPERATOR\nOut sourcing of services for data Entry operator for compilation of reports and returns, entry of various data, generaton of reports, keeping record of progress of works, stores and entering data in computer and all works as directed by Officer-in Charge.\nNote:- \n(i) The contractor shall deploy - 01 No of Data Entry operators Daily.\n(ii) The Data Entry operator shall attend the office during working hours as prescribed and report to officer-in-Charge. \n(iii) The Data Entry operator shall have adequate knowledge in operating system with MS Office.\n(iv) The Data Entry operator shall have training in his/her trade of minimum 02 (two) years of experience with minimum educational qualification of intermediate with three months certificate course in MS office \n(v) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in column No. 3 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor shall have no claim on that account.\n 275 EMPLOYEE PER DAY
3 3 FILING ASSISTANT\nOut sourcing of services of Filing Assistant for filing all documents. Filing Assistant shall maintain serial number of files, opening of new files according to main heading of the subject dealt with various sections, each letter in files shall be serially numbered with back reference/forward reference, docket/index sheet and updating of files, handling of files all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Officer-in Charge. \nNote:- \n(i) The contractor shall deploy - 02 Nos of Filing Assistants Daily.\n(ii) The Filing Assistant shall attend the office during working hours as prescribed and report to officer-in-Charge. \n(iii) The Filing Assistant shall have adequate knowledge and having experience of two year as office assistant/filing assistantce.\n(iv) The Filing Assistant shall be trained in his/her trade with minimum educational qualification of intermediate.\n(v) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in column No. 3 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor shall have no claim on that account. 550 EMPLOYEE PER DAY
4 4 PRINTING ASSISTANT\nOut sourcing of services of Printing Assistant for assisting preparation of power point presentations, taking print outs of Design, Engineering & Auto CAD drawings and assisting draughtsman in E-6/E-2 design sections, updating and entering data in computers to the entire satisfaction of Officer-in Charge.\nNote:- \n (i) The contractor shall deploy - 01 No of Printing Assistant Daily.\n(ii) The Printing Assistant shall attend the office during office time and report to officer-in-Charge. \n(iii) The Printing Assistant shall have adequate knowledge in operating system.\n(iv) The Printing Assistant shall be trained in his/her trade having minimum 02 (two) years of experience with minimum educational qualification of intermediate. \n(v) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in column No. 3 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor shall have no claim on that account. 275 EMPLOYEE PER DAY
5 5 SAFAIWALA\nOutsourcing internal conservancy services for the bldgs viz office complex including verandahs, toilets, corridors, roofs, drains., cleaning and disinfecting of toilets, brooming and mopping of rooms, verandahs, corridors with disinfectants, re-arranging of furniture, sweeping the surroundings of office complex including roads and paths, cleaning of windows, glass frame, doors, computers, printers, fax machine, UPS, telephone instruments xerox machine, dusting of furniture, ceiling fans, removal of cobwebs, etc., to the entire satisfaction of Adm Officer/Section heads. The cost of various consumable items including disinfectants like phenyl, acid, naphthalene ball, cleaning agents like vim, detergents, broom, brushes, duster etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. \nNote:- \n(i) The contractor shall deploy - 09 Nos Safaiwala Daily. \n(ii) The Safaiwala shall attend the office during office time as directed by officer in charge.\n(iii) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in column No. 3 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor shall have no claim on that account.\n(iv) Safiwala shall have minimum educational qulification of high school and minimum two year of exprience in the trade . 2475 EMPLOYEE PER DAY
6 5.01 The rate quoted by the contractor for item No 5 is inclusive of supply consumable items as per PS Clause No 5.1 shall be included in the over head profit. In case of non quoting in this effect No Claim shall be admitted in later.
