The job includes fabrication and erection in position of anchor bolts, made out of 16 mm round bar 350 mm long with M-16 threaded length 150 mm -4 Nos. with MS anchor plate of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 10 mm thick at other end. The bolts are to be placed in steel reinforcement of foundation block in proper alignment and spacing with respect to base frame properly leveled and aligned to required position holding with the help of anchor bolts, and double nuts and washers before embedded into concrete with the help of precised instruments. 3 3 Design, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one incoming and one outgoing LT control panel cum voltage stabilizer at Intake Saranjali for operation of 2 Nos. HC monoblock pump sets of capacity 05 HP pumping units with one incoming and two outgoing provision. The panel/stabilizer body should be suitable for indoor operation, fabricate out of CRCS sheets with anti-corrosion protection coating. The panel to be fitted with DOL starters with MCCB-10 Amp. contactors of suitable current carrying capacity to with stand full running load and in rush starting load as well. The DOL starter should be individually supported by overload relay with single phase protection and all relevant protections against low voltage, high voltage and reverse phase, the panel shall be provided with push buttons for start/stop operation, phase indicators and bypass arrangement for operating the motor in open circuit with protections in case of emergency. The voltage stabilizer shall be copper wound manually operated oil cooled 3 phase step up/step down unbalanced supply type of capacity 15 KVA. The voltage stabilizer part shall be capable of operating on unbalanced input voltage from 240 volts to 460 volts delivering an output of 415 V + 5% at supply frequency 50 HZ + 5% three phase AC supply. The stabilizer shall be provided with phase indicators, MCCB-32 amp. capacity 3phase 3 pole type with voltage regulator switches for each phase. Providing/fitting in position of 32 ampere capacity three phase- four pole HRC fuse type dis-connector switch inside the pump room including mounting/fasteners. The panel body shall be dust and Vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCS sheet. The panel should be sturdy in design for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking and sealing arrangements. The panel should be provided with suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel shall be provided with proper bus bar system for power supply from incoming to outgoing feeder. The panel should be finished with two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should be equipped with the following:\nI. Incoming feeder: - The incoming feeder of the panel should be equipped with 01 no. MCCB 150 Amp capacity with 01 no. volt meter 0-500 V, 01 no. ampere meter 0-300 amp. 1 No., with selector switches, CT coils and phase indicators for R-Y-B phases and push buttons. It shall have bus bar system and cable circuit for AC supply from one incoming to one outgoing feeder with proper insulation, Push button for stop/run operation. \nII. Outgoing feeder:- The panel shall have two outgoing feeders with automatic star delta starter for running of 02 No. 25 HP induction motor of HC pump(one at a time). each Automatic star delta starter should comprise of power contactor 03 Nos. of suitable capacity for main supply, Star start & Delta run equipped with star delta timer to change over the starter from star to delta connected circuit having adjustable timer as per requirement. Neat and clean concealed internal control wiring should be made using flexible copper wire with its protection by providing and fitting on position of MCB of suitable capacity.\nIII. Protection devise/Fault analyzer:- one protection devise/fault analyzer should be provided for each automatic star delta starter unit in the panel to protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel for following electrical/mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings.\na. Low voltage\nb. High voltage\nc. Single phasing\nd. Unbalance voltage\ne. Overloading\nf. Dry running/under loading\ng. Earth fault/reverse phasing\nh. Locked Rotter\nThe analyzer should be programmable for the magnitude of the parameters for tripping to protect the machinery against the faults as specified already. The analyzer shall have the storage for memory of trip counting with their individual status and running hours with LCD display to analyze as and when required. It should have LCD display for phase current and line voltage. A complete circuit diagram of wiring of control panel shall have to be drawn and pasted with color codes on the inner side of the front shutter of the panel. The fault analyzer shall be provided with bypass arrangement to run the system in case any fault if occurred in analyzer system to meet the emergency. Analyzer should be backed up with bi-metallic over load relay, with indicators to indicate status of operation in closed/open circuit with analyzer. 14 14 Design, manufacture, assembly, shop testing, installation at site, testing and Commissioning of LT voltage stabilizer at stage Ist. and II The voltage stabilizer shall be copper wound ,manually operated ,oil cooled 3 phase step up/ step down unbalanced supply type, voltage stabilizer of capacity 63 KVA conforming to IS 9815-81 and IS8447/77, capable of operating on unbalanced Input voltage from 240 V to 460 V delivering an output of 415 V + 5 %, at supply frequency 50 Hz + 5 %,Three phase AC supply. The body of the unit for housing the transformer assembly with dielectric oil shall be fabricated out of CRCS sheet of suitable thickness reinforced/ supported with suitable structural steel sections, having dust and vermin proof panel face. The unit as a whole shall be wheel mounted for easy handling .The unit should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable sealing arrangements for in- door operation. The structure should be provided suitable incoming and outgoing terminal sections. The unit body should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The unit should have following components / features:\nTECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS for stabilizer :-\n 1. Core: The core should be of first quality CRGO silicon steel.\n 2.
