    Work Of Over Hauling/ Maintenance Of Outgoing Incoming Panels At 33/11 Kv S/S Bilgram Tahseel , Under Edd-I , Hardoi . , complete repairing & overhauling of 01 no . incoming & 3 no . outgoing 11 kv vacuum circuit breakers crompton make . repairing/replacement ( if required ) of trip bridge assembly roller assembly operation like assembling tripping coil assembly cement gear locking gear spring charging locking system locking gutka and lowering mechanism with complete overhauling of 11 kv vcb meggering testing and energisation crompton make . , repairing of battery charger make prem electric and auto corporation including all accessories provided by contractor . , re-wiring of control panel , in case of emergency opening of bus bar panel cover plate and its cleaning & re-fitting after removal of the fault . work included replacement of damage part with good part provided by the contractor . , testing of vcb protection system by primary injections checking of cts , ct ratio , relay and their working and tripping of vcbs on set relay current , confirming healthy protection checking of vcbs indications , led lamps of vcbs closed trip , spring charged , auto trip etc and replacement the same if defective , checking and repairing of complete wiring of vcb of pt and metering circuit protection circuit , indication circuit , trip and closed circuit operation of trip & closed switch , insulation painting of epoxy items and replacement of broken bus bar separator and other associated work . , replacement of damaged panels heater and control switch .
