| 1 | 1. Initial Site Visit for assessment for comprehensive understanding of existing system and prepration of basic engineering, design, layout drawing for FDA & BMS system..\n2. Submission of all designs/drawings/reports to IOCL for approval which will be amenable to modification to suit the requirement of IOCL.\n3. Compilation of full tender specification for tendering purpose which will comprise of Bill of Quantities, Data Sheet, technical specifications, mode of execution of work,Comprehensive AMC , etc of all the equipments and process which will be part of the project along with the acceptable makes. The consultant shall also make the provision of third party inspection of the all the equipments to be installed and also list out the approved and certified TPI agencies. The consultant shall present in the event of pre-bid meeting for clarification.Evaluation of the technical pre-qualification criteria of the bidders for shortlisting of the participating bidders who will be eligible for ensuing price bid. \n4.Vetting & reviewing contractor’s drawings and accord approval of the same prior to manufacturing/ construction / assembly / installation. Verification, examination & certification of the bills and joint measurements. Deploying of eminent and proficient engineer for supervision of the work as & when required for technical clearance, also in order to check and inspect the quality of work, modus operandi of the project and shall suggest/recommend for alterations/modifications required if any to improve and boost the project. . \n5. Full inspection of the project prior to its commissioning will be made to scrutinize for any defect/distortion/shortcoming and for any illegitimate and non standard equipments/parts/appliances used.\n6. Preparation Project closure report with details of all the equipments actually fitted/installed shall be submitted after the consultant certifies & authentication of successful testing of all equipments associated with FDA & BMS systems.
