61 61 M&L for Crane Load testing of ½ ton EOT crane at 125% of the safe working load by providing dead load/load test block for capacity test on all the motions of cranes (dead weight load to be arranged by the Contractor). \nNote:- (i) Load for load testing shall be arranged by the contractor through OEM and record for the same shall be kept in record duly signed by user’s rep / MES rep and no extra payment shall be made to the contractor on this account. A load testing certificate furnished by OEM shall be submitted by the contractor after load tetsing for every individual crane. \n(ii) Contractor will ensure all the cranes are in serviceable condition before starting the load testing. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 75 x 6 mm thick), front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete.
