10 10 Providing emergency repair team consisting of 01 No of skilled labour and 02 Nos of unskilled labour at runway from 1800 hrs to 0600 hrs of next day, for carrying out repairs to potholes of area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each for the work as follows:- \n 114 Per Night
11 10.1 Sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surfaces in runways ,paths etc cutting around edges of depth 50mm to 60mm deep by using electro mechanical cutting machine, making good by applying tack coat of Polymer modified bitumen emulsion at 10 Kg per 10 sqm /tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5kg per 10 Sqm as suitable for runway surfaces and putting in premixed bituminous asphalt dense concrete using VG-30 grade binder with 6% binder content by weight of total mix for runway ,well rammed/rolled with suitable compactor and sealed with PME and cement OPC 43 Gde,well rammed ,dry and cleaned with blower at same time to open the runway for use all as specified. \nNote:Material required for this item shall be measured and paid separately under item Nos : 12 and 13
12 10.2 (i)The contractor shall take immediate action when received the complaints from user/MES. \n(ii)The contractor shall detail a team with adequate material, labour & equipment to attend emergency repair work. \n(iii)The repair team must have readily available with material to repair atleast 100 sqm of runway. \n(iv)The repair team must be equipped with equipment & rig to work at night and during rainy season/ weather.\n(v)The repair team must have basic type mobile set without camera and with sim connection.\n(vi)Labour shall be equipped with electro mechanical cutting machine, portable generator Set for power supply, portable pneumatic blower , light for night working and suitable vehicle for carrying material to runway.
13 11 All as per item No 10 here in before but from 0600 hrs to 1800 hrs all as specified and as directed.\n 111 Per Day
14 12 Material only for Item Nos 10 and 11 here in before by applying tack coat of Polymer modified bitumen emulsion 10 Kg per 10 sqm /tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5kg per 10 Sqm as suitable for runway surfaces and putting in premixed bituminous asphalt dense concrete using VG-30 grade binder with 6% binder content by weight of total mix for runway ,well rammed/rolled with suitable compactor( tamping rod or plate vibrator) and sealed with PME and cement OPC 43 Gde,well rammed ,dry and cleaned with blower at same time to open the runway for use all as specified . \n 40 10 Sqm
15 13 All as per item No 12 here in before but depth 60mm to 100mm complete all as specified. \nNote for item Nos 12 & 13 \n(i) Contractors shall quote their rates by considering only materials required for execution of these items .\n(ii) Cost of labours & T&P required for execution of these items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against Item Nos. 10 & 11 60 10 Sqm
16 14 M&L for emergency repairs to potholes of depth 50mm to 60mm deep and area exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surfaces in runways, paths etc cutting around edges of depth 50mm to 60mm deep by using electro mechanical cutting machine, making good by applying tack coat of Polymer modified bitumen emulsion 10 Kg per 10 sqm /tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5kg per 10 Sqm as suitable for runway surfaces and putting in premixed bituminous asphalt dense concrete using VG-30 grade binder with 6% binder content by weight of total mix for runway ,well rammed/rolled with suitable compactor ( tamping rod or plate vibrator) and sealed with PME and cement OPC 43 Gde,well rammed ,dry and cleaned with blower at same time to open the runway for use all as specified .\nNotes:- \n(a) The contractor shall take immediate action when receive the complaints from user/MES. \n (b) Contractor shall detailed a team with adequate material & equipment to attend emergency repair for 24 hrs during contract period. \n (c) The repair team must have readily available with material to repair atleast 100 sqm of runway at a time .\n (d) The repair team must be equipped with equipment & rig to work in night and during rainy season/ weather. \n (e) The repair team must have basic type mobile set without camera and with sim connection. \n 100 10 Sqm
17 15 M&L for cleaning the surface with wire brushes / air blowers and making surface free from dust and loose aggregate and applying one coat of cold polymer modified emulsion (PME) at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg per sqm in original form without diluting water or any other agent and spreading / mopping the emulsion evenly to get uniform appearance after dried up all as specified and as directed.\nNotes:\n (a) Polymer modified emulsion will be applied by means of brush / roller immediately after spreading/mopping of emulsion. \n (b) The following shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.\n(i)Any excess / wastage of quantity of bitumen emulsion during the application.\n(ii) Disposal of dust /aggregate/FOD occurred during cleaning of surface away from the runway all as specified. \nMake: Hincol or equivalent PME Manufacturer as approved by GE 2468 Sqm
