Tender For Outsourcing Activity Of Meter Reading And Generation Of Bills For Offrs , Jcos / Ors / Civ Under Ge ( North ) Pune . , providing of 02 x man power , basic qualification shall be 12th pass with full knowledge of computer applications i . e . ms excel , ms word , power point and all basic applications for preparation and generation of bills for return of recoveries in respect of officers , jcos , ors and civilian married / single accn and private parties by collecting data of meter reading from all married /single accn and private parties shops and compiling in prescribed and proper formats and proper filing and updation of record in related registers / ledgers and perform the task as assigned by engineer-in-charge . , unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of supply only of 02 x computer system with window 10 suitable ram capacity for the work and its periperals i . e . printer , key board , mouse , cartridge , stationary and internet connections . note ( i ) computer shall be formated after taking soft copy of the data after completion of whole work ( ii ) computer system and its peripherals shall be deemed to be as a contractor property after completion of whole work . , unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to be inclusive of employees uniform , insurance , epf , identity card , maintanance of attendence register and pvr . , office working days and hours , mon , tue , thu and fri from 0900 to 1700 hrs ( lunch break 1300 to 1330 hrs ) . wed and sat from 0900 to 1400 hrs . , for the purpose of payment the work on wed & sat shall be treated as full day . , no payment shall be made for sunday , closed holidays and non functional days . , output shall be checked by the engineer-in-charge and verified on daily basis through work diary .
