The Payment Of Labourers Shall Be Made Through Personal Banks Accounts /Neft Only And Proper Record Of Payment Shall Be Submitted By The Contractor At The Time Of Payment Of Rars Duly Signed . ( Ii ) The Contractor Shall Provide Minimum One Supervisor To Supervise The Work Of Water Supply Installations Staff Having Minimum Qualification 12Th Class Pass With Knowledge Of Computer & Preparation Of Reports . The Supervisor Shall Report To The Eic/Age ( I ) Daily And Maintain An Attendance Of All The Staff Employed Through Attendence Register . ( Iii ) Cost Of Uniform For The Staff Employed Shall Be Borne By The Contractor . ( Iv ) Tools & Plants Required Forwater Supply Installation Maintenance & Cleaning Of The Premises As As Well As Maintaining Hygen Sanitation As Mentioned In Appendix A Shall Be Provided By Contractor As Required Time To Time And Quoted Unit Rate Shall Be Deemed Included For The Same . ( V ) It Is Contractors Responsibility To Provide Documents Such As Academic & Technical And Insurance Of Each Person Deployed By Contractor . ( Vi ) Cycle Or Any Other Conveyance Required For Supervisor For Supervision Of Installation Shall Also Be Provided By Contractor At His Own Cost . The all connected work of water supply installation with equipments and services including attending day to day maintenance operations at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for all days including SATURDAY/ SUNDAY/HOLIDAY /GAZZETED HOLIDAYS by deploying of persons (Male) with good Character and discipline, minimum qualification ITI with minimum 03 years of working experience in a reputed firm/organization for the trade. \n(a) TIMINGS : Tentative shift timings shall be as under (however it can be changed as per direction issued by AGE(I) time to time):-\n(i) 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs for Ist shift of 08 Hours.\nLocation: New Project RO Plants at 24 ED- 1 Nos\nNote :- \n1. RO Plant installation with all equipments at New Project shall be operated by 01 No FGM in each shift of 08 hours.\n2. The plants shall be run for one shift only.		11	Per calender month
5	4.01	Notes for item Nos 1 to 4 :-\n(i) Contractor shall adhere to minimum wages act, workmen's compensation act, ESI, EPF etc and other relevant laws. The payment of labourers shall be made THROUGH PERSONAL BANKS ACCOUNTS /NEFT only and proper record of payment shall be submitted by the contractor at the time of payment of RAR's duly signed. \n(ii) The contractor shall provide minimum one Supervisor to supervise the work of water supply installations staff having minimum qualification 12th class pass with knowledge of computer & preparation of reports. The supervisor shall report to the EIC/AGE(I) daily and maintain an attendance of all the staff employed through attendence register. \n(iii) Cost of uniform for the staff employed shall be borne by the contractor.\n(iv) Tools & plants required forwater supply installation maintenance & cleaning of the premises as as well as maintaining hygen sanitation as mentioned in Appendix 'A' shall be provided by contractor as required time to time and quoted unit rate shall be deemed included for the same . \n(v) It is contractor's responsibility to provide documents such as academic & technical and Insurance of each person deployed by contractor . \n(vi) Cycle or any other conveyance required for supervisor for supervision of installation shall also be provided by contractor at his own cost.\n(vii) All personals deployed by contractor including the supervisor will wear uniform as approved by AGE(I) and an identity card will be provided for all the personals after due security clearances from security section of station taken by contractor. \n(viii) Reliever for National holidays/ Sundays is to be provided by contractor. All T&P for normal routine maintenance shall be provided by contractor including safety equipments like HTrubber hand gloves, earth rod, safety shoes & other tools etc.\n(ix) The deployed/hired man power shall be highly skilled for maintenace & operator to installed E/M assest safely.\n(x) Penality/Recovery shallbe made against contractor's dues on non attending/rectying the given complaint after 30 minutes maximum, @ Rs 300/- per hours and for absent from duty @ Rs 2000/- per day per person. Duty timing & location rotation shall be followed as directed. 08 hours working period measured as one day for one person. Per calender month shall contained 30 days each.\n(xi) Daily cleaning of equipments such as water supply installtions, DG Set, batteries by waste cotton & sanitary items, 10 mtr wide sourrounding area of pump houses, cleaned by brooming & grass cutting etc.\n(xii) Contractor's quoted rates shall deemed to included for aspects/ provisions as mentioned in para (i) to (xi) of the notes as mentioned above. \n
