| 6 | 6 | NOTE FOR ITEM Nos. 1 to 5:-\n(i) Necessary LED torch light to be arranged by the contractor for all installation.\n(ii) The plants as referred here-in-before under Sl No 1, 2 & 3 shall be operated on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.\n(iii) Required stationery such as log books, register etc will be supplied by firm for each installation and put up to Engr-in-Charge daily recording the readings such as Volts, Amps, KW, HP, LP, OP breakdown, shut down, DG runs etc all as directed.\n(iv) The rates are deemed to be inclusive of running DG set connected to AC plants whenever commercial supply fails, collecting and filling of diesel and engine oil from AGE E/M stores, which shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.\n(v) The installation should not be left unattended at any point of time.\n(vi) The contractor is responsible for switching ON/OFF of near by street light switches at all installations as applicable of as directed by Engr-in-charge.\n(vii) The contractor is responsible to repair for any minor internal defect as required all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge\n(viii) The contractor has to provide necessary tools to the manning staff of each installations.\n(ix) The contractor is responsible for providing sweeping materials i.e. Broom etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge\n(x) DHPP and Engine Oil required for running DG Set will be issued under Sch ‘B’ free for filling and to be collected from MES store yard time to time as and when required.\n(xi) Operating DG set (stand by) as and when required or main supply goes off including maintenance (daily maintenance) of DG set and maintaining daily log sheet.\n(xii) Proper log sheets for running of the pump & plant to be maintained.\n(xiii) Carry out weekly maintenance of electrical panels installed in pump house and Intimate Engr-in-Charge immediately for any defects /break down/repairs required.\n | |||
| 7 | 6.1 | NOTES CONTD...\n(xiv) Carry out tightening of nuts & bolts, replace when required, applying gland packing and greasing, including minor repairs.\n(xv) Any problems faced in operation of pumps/DG sets/other equipments shall immediately be intimated by the operator to the JE E/M in charge of installation and Engr-in-charge.\n(xvi) Services are to be provided on all days incl Sundays and holidays by suitably qualified/experienced staff as specified in particular specifications. |
