4 1.03 33 KV / 11 KV Main Receiving Station (MRS) at Nowgong (BKD) 540 Per shift of 08 hours
5 2 Outsourcing of services for operation of 11 KV Main Receiving Stations (MRS) / Substations comprising of 11 KV VCBs / OCBs with control panels, Battery Banks, CTs, PTs, 4 Pole / 2 Pole structures, GODs, LAs, Distribution Transformers, Battery charger of various type and capacity including LT panels etc for round the clock operation in three shifts of 08 hrs each in every 24 hrs including Sunday and holiday (i.e. from 0600 hours to 1400 hours, 1400 hours to 2200 hours, 2200 hours to 0600 hours), to provide uninterrupted power supply to all OTM / Md Accn and other connected area by employing 01 (one) No Electrician-cum-Switch Operator in each shift complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge at the following installations:-

9 2.04 11 KV Main Receiving Station (MRS) at Army Aviation Unit (AAU) 540 Per shift of 08 hours

11 3.01 11 KV Substation at Vaghual Line 360 Per shift of 08 hours
12 3.02 11 KV Substation at ASC Butchery 360 Per shift of 08 hours
13 4 Notes for Ser item No. 01 to 03 :- The duty(s) of operating staff / nature of work(s) involved for Ser Item No 01 to 3.02 includes the followings provisions & conditions and rate(s) quoted is deemed to be inclusive for such provisions & conditions.
14 4.01 The Electrician-cum-Switch Operator(s) should be well conversant in operation of HT / LT installations.
15 4.02 The minimum qualification of operator(s), employed by the contractor, shall be diploma/ITI certificate holder in relevant trade or 12th pass with minimum 03 years of experience in the operation of HT / LT installations.
16 4.03 The operator should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking or other drugs.
17 4.04 The location(s) and Nos of shift(s) as mentioned in Sch ‘A’ are tentative. The Nos of shift(s) and location(s) may be reduced/changed/added at any time during execution of work as per ground/site requirement within AOR of GE Jhansi. Nothing extra Payment will be made to contractor, due to decrease / change / increase in Nos of shifts and location. However the over all Nos of shifts will not exceed beyond the permissible DO limit of the contract agreement.
18 4.05 It is an explicit condition of the contract that payment of wages to tradesmen/workers employed on the work shall be made through bank account of individuals only. The contractor shall distribute the payment in 1st week of every month and will confirm to Engr-in-Charge by showing the payment slip/bank transaction document from bank. The wages paid to the tradesmen/workers shall not be less than minimum wages/fair wages as notified time to time by state / central Govt (Which ever is higher).
19 4.06 The provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages, EPF and ESIC Payments shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to include these factors.
20 4.07 Necessary certificate from Labour commissioner regarding employment of labour shall be submitted to the GE Jhansi within Twenty (20) days from the date of Acceptance of tender irrespective of date of commencement of work .
21 4.08 The contractor will submit the name of all the deployed tradesman / workers along with their qualification, AADHAR CARD, police verification and other necessary documents as mentioned in PS within Twenty (20) days from the date of Acceptance of tender irrespective of date of commencement of work. If, contractor fails to submit complete documents, a penal recovery of Rs 5000.00 (Five Thousand only) per day will be recovered from the Contractors dues from date of commencement of work.
22 4.09 The operator/duty staff should not leave the installations till the next reliever does not take the charge of installation. Penal recovery @ Rs 1000/- per shift, shall be made for full shift if Operator remains absent/leaves installation unattended & will be deducted from contractor’s dues. In case of any break down / defect(s), the duty staff / operator will report to concerned JE E/M or Engr-in- charge immediately. If, no report of break down / defect(s) is received and plant/installation is kept off, it will be assumed as absence of operator & penal recovery will be made as mentioned above. Contractor will not be admissible to claim for that shift for which penal recovery shall be made.
23 4.1 Daily log sheets in proper format, attendance register, temperature record register and other stationery items, as required, for all installations will be provided by the contractor and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates only. In case Contractor fails to maintain the said documentation, a penal recovery @ Rs. 50.00 per shift shall be recovered from the Contractors dues.
24 4.11 The duty staff / operator will be responsible for cleanliness and necessary up keeping of installations, including grass cutting, cuttings of small branches of surrounding areas up to 5 mtrs from the installations. The duty staff will also maintain the installation, machinery, control panels etc clean and tidy. If installation(s) is not found up to the mark, the contractor will be penalized @ Rs 100/- per day till the cleaning and maintenance is not completed. The contractor should also visit the installations once daily and inform defects/ problems if any to concerned JE E/M or Engr-in-charge.
25 4.12 The operator/duty staff shall be provided with proper uniform and shoes by the contractor as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and operator shall wear them while on duty. The cost of this provision is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. In case operator do not maintain uniform on duty, a penal recovery @ Rs. 50.00 per operator per shift shall be recovered from contractor’s dues.
26 4.13 Suitable conveyance shall be provided by the contractor to all operating staff under this contract to perform the duties as assigned to them and cost of this provision is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
27 4.14 The contractor shall maintain sufficient quantity of safety equipments such as hand gloves, gum boots, torch lights at all the installations for use by the operating staff employed under this contract and cost of this provision is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
28 4.15 Necessary T&P such as discharge rod, spanners, cutting pliers, screw drivers, testing and metering devices, digital thermometer, sling meter anemometer, ladder etc as required at site will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.
29 4.16 Any damage made to E/M installations due to negligence of staff employed by contractor that shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost.
30 4.17 On completion of the manning contract, the contractor will hand over all E/M & Bldg assets under the contract to the Department. Any loss / damage / deficiency occurred shall be made good or regularised by the contractor at his own risk and cost.
31 4.18 The contractor shall be solely responsible incase of any accident for the risk involved in the work and nothing shall be paid by the department
32 4.19 No provision of reliever is considered in Sch ‘A’ (BoQ), however contractor have to make necessary arrangements of reliever as per provisions made in Indian labour law/regulation, the contractor shall be solely responsible for providing the same without any extra cost and no extra payment will be made to this effect.
33 4.2 In case, additional manpower other than mentioned in Sch ‘A’ is required for attending any break down or in any emergency or to maintain the installations to the inspection standards etc , the contractor shall be solely responsible for providing the same without any extra cost and no extra payment will be made in this affect.
34 5 Outsourcing of services for operation of Package type Air Conditioning Plants of capacity [2 x 10 TR(main) + 1X10TR (standby)] for OT and [1X5 TR (main) + 1x5TR (standby)] for ICU comprising of package units, cooling tower, monoblock pump sets, control panels and voltage stabilizers etc of various type and capacity for round the clock operation in three shifts of 08 hrs each in every 24 hrs including Sunday and holiday (i.e. from 0600 hours to 1400 hours, 1400 hours to 2200 hours, 2200 hours to 0600 hours), to provide uninterrupted air conditioning to MH Jhansi by employing 01 (one) No AC Plant Operator in each shift complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 540 Per shift of 08 hours
35 6 Notes for Ser item No. 05 :- The duty(s) of operating staff / nature of work(s) involved for Ser Item No 05.00 includes the followings provisions & conditions and rate(s) quoted is deemed to be inclusive for such provisions & conditions.
36 6.01 The Operator(s) employed should be well conversant in operation of AC Plant.
37 6.02 The minimum qualification of operator(s), employed by the contractor, shall be diploma/ITI certificate holder in relevant trade or 12th pass with minimum 03 years of experience in the operation of AC Plant.
38 6.03 The operator should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking or other drugs.
