5 1.04 Supply and Configuration of multi user web based cloud hosted Software with following modules:\n(i) Meter Data Management Module\nThe meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The system would support offline meter data entry. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data:\n(a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency\n(b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand\n 52 Each
6 1.041 (ii) Billing Module\nThe billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users.\n(iii) Occupation and Vacation Module: \nThe system would support occupation / vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events.\n(iv) Customer Portal\nThe system would include a customer portal for the resident /occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data.\n\n
7 1.042 (v) Energy Accounting Module\nThe system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available.\n(vi) Communication Module\nThe system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and SMS methods.\n(vii) Meter Master Data\nThe system would support meter master data repository. 8 1.05 Supply and Installation of Single Phase Smart Meter with the following specifications:\n(i) AC Single Phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 415 V, 50 Hz, 10-60A anti-tamper features, \n(ii) Meter Should support the following data : 30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy, cumulative apparent energy and frequency\n(iii) Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software\n(iv) Meter should have internal or external GPRS Modem to provide connectivity with the billing software.\nMAKE: L&T or as approved by GE\n 15 Each
9 1.06 Supply and Installation of Three Phase Smart Meter with the following specifications:\n(i) AC Three Phase Four Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 415 V, 50 Hz, 10-60A anti-tamper features\n(ii) Meter Should support the following data : 30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy, cumulative apparent energy and frequency \n(iii) Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software\n(iv) Meter should have internal or external GPRS Modem to provide connectivity with the billing software.\nMAKE: L&T or as approved by GE\n 10 Each

22 4 Notes for Item Nos 2 & 3:-\n(i) The work covered under Schdule 'A' part II will be ordered on the contractor by the GE every year through a separate work order at the rate quoted by the contractor.\n(ii) The comprehensive maintenance shall be for a period of 48 months wef satisfactory completion of one year warranty period for the equipments installed under Item Nos 1.01 to 1.07.\n(iii)The contractor shall be responsible for periodical maintenance including renewal/replacement of parts, fittings/fixtures etc requied for smooth functining of the metering system as per manufacturer's instruction.
