    Repairs Overhauling Rewinding Of Motors And Renewal Of Impellers Of Ventilation System Onboard In Ships At Nsry Karwar , ee4 motor ( 45kw ) low insulation in stator winding , bearing seized motor hard to turn , so following required ( a ) overhauling with bearing change , ( b ) rewinding of stator , ( c ) building of shaft for bearing housing , ( d ) change of cooling fan , ( e ) alignment of motor with pump , domestic sea water motor ( 15kkw ) high vibration observed in the motor with spm in red zone , low insulation in stator winding , also there is damage to cooling fan and end cover , so following required ( a ) overhauling with bearing change , ( b ) rewinding of stator , ( c ) building of shaft for bearing housing , ( d ) change of cooling fan , ( e ) repair of motor end cover , ( f ) alignment of motor with pump , motor foam station ( 11kw ) low insulation in stator winding , bearing seized motor hard to turn and there is damage to cooling fan and end cover , so following required ( a ) overhauling with bearing change , ( b ) rewinding of stator , ( c ) building of shaft for bearing housing , ( d ) change of cooling fan , ( e ) repair of motor end cover , ( f ) alignment of motor with pump , renewal of pgr iii ventilation system impeller ( 16kw ) ( a ) removal of old impeller ( b ) removal of pipes , cable bunch & fitment for removal of impeller & casing ( c ) fitment of new impellers , impellers of hanger ventilation motor ( 18 . 5kw ) refurbishment/ renewal of impellers of hanger ventilation motor with casing view abnormal noise
