    3015/A/Ep/16/E3 Provn Of Arboriculture Work At Ssq Mi Room At Af Stn Patiala , Provn Of Arboriculture Work At Ssq/Mi Room At Af Stn Patiala . , Plantation Of Neem , Mango , Peepal , Bargad , Jamun , Seasam , Guava , Sangwan Three Including Preparation Of Plant Bed . - Each- Qty-60 . , -All As Per Above Item No 2 But Lemon And Orange Trees . Each- Qty-60 . , Plantation Of Garden Grass Including Screening , Manuring And Picking Up Stones Etc For Preparation Of Grass Bed . Sqm - Qty-400 . , Material And Labour Tree Guard . Each- Qty 120 . , Note:- ( A ) Maintenance Of Plant And Lawn Grass By Deploying Min 01 No Gardener Under Works Including Watering . ( B ) All The Tree Guard Should Be Painted With Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint Over A Coat Of Red Oxide Of Approved Tint . ( C ) Grass Bed Area Should Have At Least One Cutting Before Handing Over . ( D ) All Plant/Tree As Mentioned At Ser No 2 & 3 Shall Be Planted By A Period Of 02 Weeks From Date Of Handing Over Of Site . Further The Plants To Be Maintained Till Completion Of Work . Required Manuring Etc Are Required For Ser No 2 & 3 Shall Also Be Done By The Contractor ( E ) Completion Period Of This Job Work Is 60 Days From The Date Of Acceptance .
