( B ) Ht 11 Kv Ring Main Unit Of Map With One Incoming And Two Outgoing-1 No . ( C ) Ht Kv Rmu Panel With Sf6 Breakers - 02 Nos ( D ) Auto Power Factor Contro Panel . ( E ) Transformer Step Down 11 Kv 500Kva-1 No . ( F ) Transformer Step Down 11 Kv 250Kva-1 No . ( G ) Dg Set 250Kva-1No . ( H ) Dg Set 125Kva-1 No . ( J ) Dg Set 100Kva-1 No . ( L ) All Connected Equipments , Control Panels And Lt Distribution Panels . ( M ) Trade Personnel Shall Be Iti Qualified With 4 Years Experience Or Having Minimum Experience Of 8 Years In Respective Trade And They Shall Be Indian Nationals Only . , Outsourcing Of Resources For Management Of Complaint Cell , Receiving Complaints Through Online Complaint Handling System Including Five No . ( I ) Manning And Operation Of Dg Sets With Amf Panel Including Maintaining Battery Condition By Topping Up Electrolite Level And Filling Fuel ( Dhpp ) Provded By The Department . ( Ii ) Replacement Of Blown Off Ht Fuzes Provided By The Department . ( Iii ) In Emergent Nature/Breakdown The Operator Is Advised To Intimate The I/C Je/Age E/M Regarding Breakdown Immediately Through Telephone Or In Person ( V ) Timely Switching On/Off Street Lights And Its Control . ( Vi ) Routine Check Of Electrical Connection Ht/Lt Main Switches Vcbs Acbs And Other Connected Accessories Housed In Power House . ( Vii ) Check And Ensure Safety Measures . ( Viii ) Keep Installation Neat And Tidy . ( Ix ) Maintain All Record Of Dg Sets Run And Enter Daily Log Sheet . ( X ) Diesel Lubricating & Fuses Shall Be Issued By The Dept Free Of Cost . ( Xi ) Maint Attendance Register For The Operators Employed By Him & Produce The Same To The Inspection As & When Reqd/Demanded . Otherthan Above , Incase Of Any Emergency Compaints The Ic Of Power House Empowers To Direct The Duty Staff On Manning & Operation Has To Carryout The Instruction Given By The Je Ic Of Main Power House . ( Xii ) Cost Of Expendable Mtrls Like Cotton Waste Petroleum Jelly , Water Insulation Tape Etc Reqd For Carrying Out Routine Manning And Operation Works Are Deemed To Be Included In The Rate Quoted And Noting Extra Shall Be Paid On This Account . ( Xiii ) Attending And Completing Task Taking Over The Shift Duty Maintaining Log Sheet For Running Of Dg Sets And Receing As Per Sample Provided By The Department . , Notes For Sl Item No 1 To 3 Manning And Operation Of Electrical Installation Including Operation Of Sl Item No 01 To 03 . ( A ) Contractor And His Employe Shall Observe All Rules Promulgated By The Controllling Authority Of The Installation As In Which The Work Is To Be Carried Out . The Contractor Shall Maintain Log Sheets , Schedule Of Maintenance Activity , Attendace Register . All Such Records Are To Be Maintained As Per The Formates Supplied By The Department . In Any Instance , Failure To Maintain The Relevant Documents As Prescribed Shall Be Penalised @ Rs 500/- Per Day ( B ) Cost Of Expendable Materials Like Cotton Waste , Peroleum Jelly , Insulation Tape Etc Required For Carrying Out Routine Maintenance Works Are To Be Inclusive In The Rate Quoted And Nothing Extra Sahll Be Paid On This Accout .
