40 40 SPECIALTERMS & CONDITIONS :-\n
41 40.01 The work shall be started in immediately form the given date of start and to be completed on urgent basis. If any constractor pretend by linking the pending payment against other works bill and stop the work or slow the progress of work, Action shall be taken against as per agreement clause.
42 40.02 The Contractor who already executing some work in the department/division and stop the work/linger on the work without any reason. The performance shall be treated unsatisfactory, part-II of such type of contractor may not be opened.
43 40.03 Before execution of work, the contractor must cover the control panel on his own cost with the help of tirpal.
44 40.04 Due to rainy season, when work is not in progress the contractor must cover the roof on his own cost with help of plastic of required thickness.
45 41 TERMS & CONDITIONS :-\n
46 41.01 Firms are advised to visit the site of work and make themselves acquainted with site condition. No clian what so evel shall be entertained after submission of the tendere.
47 41.02 Cement shall be arranged by the contractor on his own cost, fresh cement conforming to relevant I.S. of brand such as J.K., Birla Uttam, A.C.C., Ambuja or equivalent of major plants shall be used in the work, Contractor shall make proper storage arrangement of cement at site of works to the satisfaction of E/I. Cement should always be stored in such a manned to be esily accessible of proper inspection and in a suitable weather tight building or storage shed to protect the cement from dampness.
48 41.03 During execution of work contractor may be asked to perform the quality test of material as and when required in an approved lab and its cost will be borne by the contractor
49 41.04 TOR stell shall be of Fe 415 grade and of approved make by E/I.
50 41.05 Quantities are approximate and vary up to any extent on either side as per requirement of site condition.
51 41.06 All above work shall be executed as per UPPWD /UPPCL specification or as per direction of E/I.
52 41.07 All electrification material /fittings and other materials of door/ windows including fittings etc shall be got approved from E/I before fixing the same at site of work.
53 41.08 ACE Acrylic distemper and paint etc shall be of ASIAN /BERGER/J&N brand of approved quality which shall be got approved before using in the work from the E/I.
54 41.09 Flush door and other aluminium fittings etc shall be got approved by E/I . Flush door shutter shall be 100% water proof of ISI marked.
55 41.1 If specifications for any item of work are not covered by any of the documents mentioned in the contract the same shall be decided and conveyed by the E/I to the contractor.
56 41.11 IOld bricks , if any shall be recovered from dismantling of brick work in cement/ lime mortar as follows:-\n(a) 60% of the total quantity of dismantling brick work shall be treated as received and shall be reused @Rs.4200.00 per 1000 in relevant item of old B/W.\n(b) 25% of the total quantity of dismantled work shall be treated as brick bats and shall be recovered @Rs.850.00 per Cum at site and balance shall be treated as malba.
57 41.12 Old and dismantled door and windows if any shall be property of contractor which shall be recovered @Rs. 200.00 per Sqm from the contractor.
58 41.13 Old and unusable steel / scrap if any of RCC /RB work shall be recovered@Rs.24.00 per kg from the contractor.
59 41.14 Kachchi shuttering in RCC work is strictly prohibited . If RCC is done with kachchi shuttering , 20% of rate of RCC shall be reduced without giving any notice to the contractor.
60 41.15 The work shall be carried out upto approximately 8m height for double storied building.
61 41.16 The rates are exclusive of GST which shall be paid extra as applicable. For reimbursement of GST contractor must be registerd with Sale tax Department.
62 41.17 Other terms and conditions are same as attached in enclosed tender document.
