197 13.02 Note -1:-\n(i) The rates quoted above shall be inclusive of material and labour for unserviceable items all as directed.\n(ii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T&P required for carrying repairs & stationery for maintaining of records all as described and specified.\n(iii) Normally maintenance carried out will be in day time but in case of emergency/breakdown it should be attended at odd hours/night times without any extra cost & rate as quoted above shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same.\n(iv) In case of break down, the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor & the rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. \n(v) The contractor shall carryout daily routine checking of the complete system and rectify the minor/major defect noticed immediately. One separate register to be maintained as complaint register received from department/user and taking signature from users after rectifying the defects if any.
