    Annual Repair And Maintenance Of Works Of Eandm Installations At Madurai Airport During 2020 22 Sh Amc Of Eandm Installations For Old Terminal Building Operational Areas Etc , Job Contract For Operation , Preventive And Breakdown Maintenance Of Various Electrical & Mechanical Installations At Operational Area , Otb , Power House , Cisf Barrack , Residential Colony , Engineering Offices Etc . As Detailed In Annexure - A At Madurai Airport On Round The Clock Basis / As Per Need Basis In Line With The Requirements Indicated In The Tender Document And As Required . First Year , Job Contract For Operation , Preventive And Breakdown Maintenance Of Various Electrical & Mechanical Installations At Operational Area , Otb , Power House , Cisf Barrack , Residential Colony , Engineering Offices Etc . As Detailed In Annexure - A At Madurai Airport On Round The Clock Basis / As Per Need Basis In Line With The Requirements Indicated In The Tender Document And As Required . Second Year , Execution Of Items Of Schedule Of Rates Cpwd Dsr2016 As And When Required For Attending Breakdowns , Repair & Maintenance And Upkeep Of Internal And External Electrical Installations As Per Direction Of E-I-C At Differenent Locations In Operational Area / Office Building / Ancillary Building Etc . Complete As Per The Special Terms And Conditions In Addition To General Terms And Condition Of Contract As Required . The Bidder Shall Quote The Rate In Inr Only For The Job Corresponding To Rs . 50 , 000 / -And Percentage ( % ) Above / Below Shall Be Calculated By Aai And Paid Accordingly .
