49 49 (c) Contractor/bidder will be responsible for performance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 3. \n(d) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chilled water Central Air-conditioning system shall be undertaken through Manufacturers/ Specialist Firms.\nNote 2 :- All the rates quoted by the contractor shall be complete for finished work including cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, cartage, lift, taxes, tolls, octroi, royalties etc. except those especially excluded in the description of the individual items. All works shall be executed as per drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-charge and shall include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfil the intent and purpose as laid down in the drawings. All materials shall be as per ISI specification and with IS certification marked wherever applicable. The material shall be duly approved by Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the actual work.
50 50 Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of split-casing end-suction type Chilled water primary pump set capable of delivering 150 USGPM of water against 12 mtr head comprising of the following and complete as required. 51 51 Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of split-casing end suction Secondary Chilled water pumping system( 2 working+1 standby), with VFD and all pump system controller, comprising of:\n (a) Vertical Inline split coupled type single stage pumping set with cast iron casing, bronze impellers with stainless steel shaft, connected to suitable capacity TEFC ventilated induction motor (IE-2) with class' F' insulation of 3 phase, 2900/1450 RPM, suitable for 415 volts +10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply. \n(b) Duly insulated with 32 mm thick closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber insulation cladded with aluminium sheets of 0.63 mm thickness and properly clamped to pump in two semicircular sections as required.\n(c) Variable secondary Panel should have a dedicated Programmable Logic Controller, with individual drive for each pump and with required nos. of sensors and the entire unit has to be procured from the Pump manufacturer to ensure the smooth operation of the system. The Programmable Logic Controller shall be able to control minimum 1 Pump and maximum of 3 to 4 Pumps, Automatic cascade control of pumps, automatic sequence change, Friction loss compensation, pump status shall be provided. Display shall be graphical type with minimum 320 pixels X 240 Pixels VGA display with backlight. Drive should have rated input frequency 50 Hz and output frequency range of 0.5 to 132 Hz. An IP55 Nema Standard powder coated steel enclosure with sufficient capacity of cooling fan shall house all the electrical control components. 3 Each Job
52 52 (d) Electrical Control Panel capable of cyclic operation of pumps - Pump working sequence should change after every operation. Control panel with programmable logic controller (PLC) with inbuilt PID controller, digital display with fluorescent screen with two lines of min. 20 character each and equipped with function keys and service keys. 3 ph, 415 (±10%)V, AC variable speed drive for each pump of suitable capacity rating having standard function of BI loop, controlled stop on loss of supply power loss side through, DDC injection breaking fast stop.
