3 1.03 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LoRaWAN or equivalent cloud based platform along with gateway, antenna and support structure to highest possible and most appropriate place of client area with the following specifications:- \n\nLoRaWAN or equivalent Server with complete monitoring and control features such as management of gateways, addition of gateways, secrutiy encryptions, node management, tag management, visiualization of network traffic, MQTT brokers for efficient working of server, application management console LDAP SSO based user management system along with rights management system Audit Trail , ISA 18.2 based Alarm Management System, Real Time monitoring facility, Visualization tools for dynamic dashboards, customizable charts, Mimics etc., Different protocol supports like Modbus RTU/Modbus TCP, MQTT,logical programming and scripting provision to develop complex logics and implementation of various applications. Engineering mode for the development of tables, charts, alarms, labels displays without coding dynamically along with GUI editor with support of complete industrial library symbols in SVG format for dynamic preparations of mimics and dashboards. 4 1.04 Annual comprehensive maintenance (for a period of two years) of Energy meters and street light fittings including repair / replacement of energy meters, gateways, antennas, RTU and contactors as well as solving any software related issues including GPRS charges of SIM cards for 66 Nos of energy meters and 32 Nos of street light net work , Network software, all hard ware etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 134 EACH MONTH
5 1.05 All as per Sl Item No. 1.02 here in befroe but for provision of Monitoring System for Street lights based on LoRaWAN or equivalent technology for street light management system for automatically switch ON & OFF with fault monitoring based on approved system, which can support up to 100 Light points per feeder pillar as per site feasibility with following specifications:-\nSystem should be placed in enclosure of CRC Sheet with IP 54 Protection . System should have 3 phase Energy Meter with 10-60Amps, required Contactors of suitable capacity, lux / luminousity-sensor, relays & MCBs, terminal-connectors, related-wiring etc for control and auto/bypass operation and RTU, all required wiring should be minimum 6 sq.mm.
