Maintenance and Operation of Main Receiving Distribution Sub Station (33KV/11KV) (DSS - 17), 11 KV/0.433 KV HT supply installation at site B, Amdali township Karwar for 03 (three) shifts of 8 hours each on all days including Sundays and holidays including minor daily maintenance / checks and also attending breakdown at DSS-17A & DSS-17B, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The installation comprises of following equipments :-\n(a) 33 KV, indoor type HT VCBs - 1 Nos\n(b) Indoor type Power transformer 2 MVA, 33 KV/11K V - 1 Nos. \n(c) Main LT Panel board 415 V with ACBs & main switches MCCBs etc \n(d) Battery bank for auxiliary supply. \n(e) 55 Nos of batteries to maintain 110 V battery bank with charging panel.\nNote:- \n(a) Contractor has to employ minimum following staff for Maintenance and operation of the DSS - 17 in all 3 shifts 8 hours each. \n(i) One Highly skilled electrician / operator having minimum ITI qualification in Electrician trade from Govt recognized institute with \nAdequate knowledge for HT & LT electrical installation. The operator must be competent to carry out the routine preventive maintenance of Main distribution substation all as directed.\n(ii) One No of helper minimum 10th class pass.\n | 1 | JOB | |
| 2 | 1.01 | (b) Cost of routine maintenance spares & consumables will be measured & paid separately under respective item here in below. However cost of labour is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against item No 1 above. \n(c) Each shift duration shall be 8 hours and duty timings will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(d) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for daily routine maintenance as detailed below for trouble free functioning of plants:-\n(i) Checking/rectifying of loose connections\n(ii) Maintain the general cleanliness of the installation\n(iii) In case of any abnormal noise/compliant the 33VCB should be put off and same should be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-Charge.\n(e) Check level of electrolyte in battery maintain record of specific gravity and top up if required.\n(f) Check battery terminal and if found loose, tight regularly.\n(g) The operator employed by the contract or shall be capable of carrying out minor maintenance & well experienced holder in electrical field. \n | |||
| 3 | 1.02 | Terms & conditions \n1. Rates quoted will deemed to have included all taxes like GST as applicable and no separate cost wise be paid on account of same. \n2. Unserviceable dismantled materials will be the property of the department.\n3. You will liable for completion of job works within 30 days of placing Job Order. \n4. 100% payment will be made on completion of job work against your bill.\n5. Job Order can be closed in short notice (i.e 24 hours in advance) on Acceptance of Tender and the payment will be made till the date of acceptance of tender.\n |
