| 19 | 19 | Notes applicable to BOQ Srl item No 1 to 10 :- \n(a) In case of any leakage of refrigerant gas due to mishandling of plant by the operator / mechanic, topping up of Refrigerant gas and finding of leakage including repairing shall be the responsibility of the contractor.\n(b) General cleanliness and upkeeping existing plants and vegetation within the premises of the plant by deploying additional manpower with T&P if required at any time and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(c) Contractor shall made payment through authorised bank and photocopy of receipt of payment shall be attached with RAR/FB.\n(d) Contractor shall monitor the duties of all AC/ refrigerator mechanic ands submit report to concerned Engr-in-Charge/JE E/M regarding availability of manpower and also monitor for watch and guard of installation . Any loss of damage to the plant equipment installed and Govt property in the E/M installation premises shall be made good by the Contractor. Rates quoted by the Contractor are deemed to be included for this clause.\n(f) Duty roster will be submitted by the contractor before commencement of the month for obtaining the approval of JE and Engineer-in-charge. Any change the duty roster will be made by the contractor, only after approval of Engineer-in-charge.\n(g) Contractor should arrange proper uniform with name plate displayed in shirt for the mechanics and its cost shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.\n(h) The mechanics shall also be responsible to inform any complaint of non functioning of AC Plant to the Engr-In-Charge. \n(j) The contractor shall provide reliever of AC/ Refrigerator mechanic/Electrician as per labour rules & regulations and the rates for which are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | |||

In case of quoted rates are found less than minimum wages as per the existing Govt notification including above factors, it shall be treated as non bonafide bids and will be rejected. \n(m) In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/ bonafide bids only.\n(n) 'NIL' or 'Zero' Quoting against OH & Profit shall be render the bids as 'Non-bonafide' and will be rejected.\n(o) Contractor is required to quote only upto two digit after decimal place (as per IS No. 2 : 1960) or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. \n(p) In case of tie amongst bidders, following criteria shall be applied to decide the lowest bidder for acceptance:-\n(aa) When tie is amongst MES enlisted firms, order of acceptance shall be as given below:- \n(i) Bidder of highest class will be considered for acceptance.\n(bb) In MES in case of tie between two or more same class bidder.\n(i) Highest class bidders having average marks in the performance reports stage II of last 5 completed works. (Contractor to submit Affidavit, Work Order, Completion Certificate as & when required)\n(ii) Bidder having highest amount of working capital \n(cc) When tie involves unlisted firm also:-\n(i) Bidder having highest amount of working capital. |
