| 1 | (a) Material and labour for servicing the Hydraulic Elevator completely includng cleaning, water, washing, greasing, checking of all flexible hoses and carrying out the following repair works and replacing the following unserviceable parts :-\n(i) Dismantling the exisitng suction strainer, Return filter element, filter breather cap and refixing the same after clearing.\n(ii) Replacement of secure connection \n(iii) Supply and replace worn out hydraulic pump shaft key and tighten all fasterners of transmission system.\n(iv) Greasing of pins and bushes, Rotary joints, gear pinion etc.\n(v) Tightning of Bolts for Hydraulic pump and control valve.\n(b) Servicing of pump suction line.\n(c) Supply and rplace seals in stabilizers cylinders.\n(d) Supply and replace seals in the boom cylinder seats.\n(e) Overhauling of pump/control valve /hydro motor.\n(f) Supply and replace parallel linkage (lower)\n(g) Supply and replace parallel linkage ( Upper)\n(h) Supply and replace seals of Hydraulic cylinder (Lower Boom)\n(j) Maintenance of stabilizer cylinder.\n(k) Supply & replace thrust bearing\n(l) Supply & replace Bolt for rotary joint.\n(m) Supply and replace gear mounting bolt.\n(n) Supply & replace Swivel pad.\n(o) Supply & replace Rotary joint 'O;Ring.\n(p) Supply and replace In line check valve.\n(q) Maintenance of reduction gear box.\n(r) Supply & Replace pinion.\n(s) Supply & replace pressure meter.\n(t) Supply and replace single level controll valve.\n(u) Supply & replace Solenoid valve. | 1 | Job |
