2 1.1 a) Providing and installation of 125 mm x 40 mm dia. tubewell with water jet system with supply and instalation of all PVC pipes and strainers of approved make (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 with all necessary accessories, specials with adapter conforming to IS : 12818 of adequate length, with supply of all pipes, strainers and other materials (steel cutter piece, plug, reducer, housing clamp of M.S. Plate etc.), labours, carriage, collection of tube well water and performing bacteriological and chemical tests (including Arsenic test) all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. \n(Total depth of tubewell - 70 m; 125 mm dia. Housing pipe - 42 m; 40 mm dia. Well pipe - 16.0 m; 40 mm dia. Strainer - 12 m.).\nNOTE: \nPayment will be made as per actual work done and as per detail item entered in Annexure - I Item1 3 No.
3 1.2 b) Supplying, installation and lowering in position Solar Panel based AC Submersible pumping machinery (preferably with stainless steel fabricated componets) with solar cable & cable connector Kit, PV Panel (IEC 61215:2015 certified), Controller, Overhead protection, Dry run protection, Auto Restart facility, Float Switch with Water Level sensors, software for start-up of motors, making necessary connections with treatment units with supplying G.I. Controller box and external electrical (GRID) connections with necessary wiring, switch board and supplying 32 mm dia. PVC column pipe 42 m length as per direction of the EIC.\ni) Solar Panel configuration: 4 panels of 325 Wp ( 72 cell) each (Solar Panel to be installed on top of M.S. Supporting structure);\nii) Submersible pump capacity 1.0 HP, 14 Stage, 32 mm outlet dia (preferably oil filled) KSB/Crompton or renowned brand. Item2 3 Set
4 1.3 c) Supplying and erecting in position M.S. Supporting structure for supporting PVC Tanks (as shown in the Dept. drawing) and Solar Panel, 5 mm M.S. chequerred plate at top platform (2m X 2m), M.S. Ladder (suitably placed), Supplying and installation in position PVC Tanks, all necessary pipeline connections with 32/25 mm dia. PVC pipe from Tubewell to delivery through Treatment unit, all complete with all pipes, specials, valves, 3 nos. Bib Cocks fitted to treated water tank all complete as per direction of the E-in-C. 5 1.4 d) Construction of 3 m X 3 m X 0.3 m platform around Arsenic treatment Units and MS supporting structure including Fencing and Gate with locking arrangement all complete as per departmental drawing. Item4 3 No.
6 1.5 e) Construction of Surface Drain about 15 m length and 2 numbers of Soak Pit of 900 mm dia. and 775 mm overall depth including 75 mm dia. UPVC drain pipe 5 m long as per drawing no. P&DD-IV/292/12-14) and as per direction of the EIC. \nNOTE: \nDeduction @ Rs. 850.00 has to be made for each m of less length of drain than 15 m). Item5 3 No.
7 1.6 f) 3000 Lit Raw water tank and 2000 Lit treated water tank. Item6 3 No.
8 2 Supplying, installation, commissioning and trial run (for 3 months) of Water Treatment unit for removal of Iron and Arsenic below permissible limit as per IS: 10500 - 2012 including supply of all required media (vessels design for latest IS codes with minimum 3 mm thick), Food grade epoxy coating inside, outside Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make, all necessary 25 mm dia. G.I. pipeline (medium duty), valves, 3 bib cocks fitted after each tretment unit to collect water sample for testing, meters and making arrangement of connection with existing pipeline as per specification and drawing and direction of the EIC.\nQuantity/ volume of all media are mentioned in the departmental drawing and to be followed strictly.\nTreatment unit size:\n1. Oxidation chamber: 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth (1 no.)\n2. Pre Filtration unit: 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth (1 no.)\n3. Arsenic treatment unit: 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth + \n 250 mm dia X 1200 mm depth\n4. Backwash chamber: 500 mm dia X 1200 mm depth (1 no.)\n5. UV treatment unit of adequate capacity\nAdsorption capacity of Arsenic media should not be less than 45 g Arsenic per kg of Arsenic Media(dry weight) and must have certificate from CSIR / IIT or other Government reputable Institutions. Imported media must have NSF certification in addition to the above certificate.or other Details as per ANNEXURE - I/A) Item7 3 Set
9 3 Construction soakpit for management of waste water from street stand post/ community tanks.\nProbable numbers are given. The working division may change the number depending on the numbers of CTs and SSPs as per site condition Item8 3 Nos.
10 4 Operation and maintenance of entire installations for 5 years (except day to day operation) which includes:\na) Cleaning of site, checking of valves and pipes, checking of electrical connections, cleaning solar panel etc. Twice in a month;\nb) Replacement of damaged Valves, Bib cocks and any other parts of all units as and when necessary;\nc) Repair/ replacement of pumping machinery i/c controller, PV Panel, wiring, switches etc. as and when necessary;\nd) Painting of M.S. structure and all painted surface at the end of each year. 11 5 Complete overhauling of Oxidation Vessel, Pre-Filter Vessel and Back-wash Vessel as and when required by engagement of labour & equipments (the work to be executed on written permission from the E-in-C.) which includes:\na) Complete removal of media from the vessels, breaking of clots and thorough washing and cleaning of all media;\nb) Placement of all media with 10% fresh new media (lost during washing) including cost and carriage of the fresh new media.\n Item10 15 Nos.
12 6 Complete replacement of MnO2 and Green sand in the Oxidation Vessel and Pre-Filter Vessel as and when required by engagement of labour & equipments (the work to be executed on written permission from the E-in-C.) which includes:\nComplete removal of old media from the vessels and placement of new media including cost and carriage. 13 7 Engagement of labour for daily operation @Rs.100.00 per day for 5 (five) years Item12 3 Job
