| 4 | 4 | Note : For serial item No 1.00 to 3.00:\n(i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendance will be done by the engineer-in-charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or undisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 01 days notice. Penalty @ Rs. 500/- per day (? 250/- for half day) shall be affected on this account by the officer-in-charge, charge in addition to non-payment of wages for the day of absent.\n(ii) Broom, buckets, dustbins, mopers, cleaning agents etc as required shall be provided by the department. \n(iii) Material and tools as required for maintenace by manson shall be provided by contractor.\n(iv) Employee deploying having minimum one year experience certificate shall be provided by the contractor. \n(v) 01 No Safaiwala /Sweeper will report to Adm Officer of HQ CWE (AF) Jaisalmer after day duly signed by the Adm Officer of HQ CWE (AF) Jaisalmer attendance sheet forwarded to Engineer-in-Charge.\n(vi) The personnel employed by the contractor must have Aadhar number and Bank account. The contractor will pay salary not less than minimum wages fixed by State Govt./Central Govt./LAHDC (whichever is higher), directly into the Bank Account of the personnel employed. The payment to the contractor will be made only after submission of proof of payment of wages through Aadhar linked Bank account by contractor / firm in the worker’s account.\n\n |
