( i ) scrubbing all the marble , granite , tiles and ips floors with scrubbing machine to remove spots and stains , using soap / detergent solution of domex disinfectant floor cleaner of hindustan leaver make or equivalent solution and water approximately in the ratio 1:5 placed in the scrubbing machine solution box . frequency of operation - once in every 3 months except canteen floor , basement lobby and backside stair case , recetion area , directors lobby . , all type of flooring ( marble , tiles , granite & ips ) of all floor areas of nalco bhawan and all auxillary buildings like data centre , substation , security post , pump house etc ( ii ) scrubbing the canteen floor , basement lobby and backside staircase , recetion area , directors lobby with scrubbing machine to remove spots and stains , using soap / detergent solution of domex disinfectant floor cleaner of hindustan leaver make or equivalent solution and water approximately in the ratio 1:5 placed in the scrubbing machine solution box . frequency of operation - once in a week , nalco bhawan and all auxillary buildings like data centre , substation , security post , pump house etc . collection of solid waste , papers , stationary etc . from individual dustbin kept in office spaces , chambers , cabins etc . and disposal of the same at the dumping yard as per direction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation -once daily . , toilet tiles of all the toilets of nalco bhawan and within its periphery . ( i ) cleaning with vim detergent powder and water in the ratio of 3:2 along followed by harpic / sanifresh using soft scrubber / cloth as per instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - twice daily . , toilet tiles of all the toilets of nalco bhawan and within its periphery ( ii ) cleaning with vim / sanifresh using soft brush to remove water stains . to remove yellowish stains , dilute hydrochloric acid to be used in place of sanifresh as per instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - once in a month . , all pre-laminated board partition cleaning with dry duster as per instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - once in a month . , all chairs , sofas , tables side gradanians cabinets / almirahs , other furniture , wooden items and computers cleaning with dry duster and wet cloth with mild soap solution wherever necessary as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - once in a week . , all venetian blinds de-dusting and cleaning of all venetian blinds with soft brush , cloth etc . including soap solution wherever necessary as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge . . frequency of operation - once in a month . , all aluminium railings , door & windows frames etc . cleaning with aluminium cleaning reagents and solvents with soft cloth as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - once in a month . , entire building removal of cobwebs and general cleaning of the inside walls and roof surfaces with soft brooms / vacum cleaner whereever necessary as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - once in a month . , all roads , pavements , parking space etc . sweeping with hand brooms , removal of waste paper , brickbats , wild grass , shrubs , rubbish etc & disposal of the same at the dumping yard as per instruction of the engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - once daily . , all drains in the complex removal of silts , all floating & deposited materials with spade / shovel and other sanitary appliances . the cleaning includes sweeping out the stagnant waters . after cleaning apply bleaching powder / phenyle . the collected garbages have to be disposed at the dumping yard as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation - twice in a month . , all sewerage pits , gully chamber and manholes in the complex cleaning sewerage pits , gully chambers , duct chambers and manholes of all depths and diameters including removal of silts and other foreign materials etc . with bucket and other sanitary appliances . after cleaning apply bleaching powder / phenyle . the collected materials have to be disposed to the dumping yard as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge . frequency of operation -
