Annual repair and maintenance of works for the year 2019-20 at cw, kendupalli- i (odisha) - cutting groove in parapet/gable/pp wall 0.23cm (half of brick wall) including dismantling cement concrete and making good the same by providing and laying cement concrete in groove after inserting c.g.i. sheet including labour and t & p charges , providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone , providing corrugated g.s. sheet roofing vertical/ curved surface with polymer coated ‘j’ or ‘l’ hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen , g.i. limpet washers or with g.i. limpet washers filled with white lead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), supply & laying saturated felt type 3 grade-i (hessian base) on top of ac ridges with suitable blow type petroleum bitumen of penetration of 85/25 of approved quality by applying 1.45 kg , repair to crack a.c. sheets by cutting the pieces of a.c. sheet min 3.00 x 0.30 m and inserting the a.c. sheet pieces on cracked portion by opening j or l hooks & tightening of j hook after fixing the a.c. sheet pieces including labour material , finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade.
