LINE CLEAR ENQUIRY AND REPLY MESSAGE BOOK IN THE EVENT OFFAILURE/SUSPENSION/NON-PROVISION OF BLOCK INSTRUMENTS. Supply to be made in : Book of 100leaves. Printed with Blue ink. Brown Kraft cover binding. Top wire stitching in Two places by 20 gauge wire, bothside printing, Machine numbering. Size: A-4 (Untrimmed). Paper: White Map litho 60 GSM, IS No. 1848/07(Reaffirmed December 2016). Paper must conform to para 4.8.2. Brown Kraft paper; 110 GSM of I.S No.1397/90. Grade-II (MG). (N.B:[1] Sample :- Printing matter to be collected form consignee and one sample forprinting, binding and finishing to be got approved from consignee before bulk printing. [2] Packing :- Each pack willcontain ten plus ten total twenty books. Each 10 (ten) books packing must be wrapped in 40 micron transparentpoly propylene foil or bag as suitable as approved by the Govt. within a suitable size of five ply corrugated cartoonbox with proper level of PL No., form No. and Serial No. if any.)
