Pipeline Jobs, Tlf Pump House Construction, Tank Nozzle Modification And Other Allied Jobs At Madurai Wagon Siding Area - Laying Of Above Ground Product 25 Mm Dia Pipeline, Laying, Installation, Fabrication, Welding (With 10% Radiography With G- Rays) And Magnetic Particle Test Liquid Penetration Test As Eic Instruction, Pipelines And Placing On The Pedestals, Gantry Structures, Structural Bridges/Catwalks Including Welding Of Pipes, Bends, Reducers, Pipeline Fittings Etc., Radiography Test Of 10% Joints, Carrying Out Repairs If Any And Re-Radiography, Pre-Testing, Hook-Up With The Pipeline On Either End, Hydro-Testing Of Entire Section Of Pipes, Including Supply Of All Tools, Tackles, Machinery, Equipments, Instruments, Manpower Etc. The Scope The Job Includes But Not Limited To The Following: Re Handling Supplied Materials, Hauling/Loading, Transportation To Work Site, Unloading And Stringing. Cutting, Beveling, Grinding, Edge Preparation (Including Any Additional Cutting, Beveling, Grinding Required For Perfect Fit Up, Between The Edges Of The Pipes, Bends Etc), Aligning, Fit-Up, Welding Of Pipes As Per Approved Technical Specifications. Root Run Shall Be With E-6010 Electrode And Intermediate And Finished Welding Shall Be With E-7018 Electrodes Of Esab Or Approved Equivalent. The Job Also Includes Fabrication Of Any Bends, Tees Eccentric Or Concentric Reducers Other Than The Ones Supplied By Hpcl Or In The Scope Of The Contractor. Note :If Leakage Through The Pipe Seam Joint Is Observed, Contractor Shall Remove The Defective Portion Of The Pipeline And Replace With A New Supplied Pipe And Retest It. The Replaced Portion Of The Pipeline Will Not Be Paid Extra. Length Of All Pipelines Shall Be Measured Up To The Neck Of The Flange Only. Length Of The Flange, Valves Shall Not Be Measured. Etc.
