    Tender For Form No. T/409 Caution order. ITEM LIST :- (1) Form No. T-409. CAUTION ORDER. Supply to be made in : Book of 50 leaves in triplicate. BrownKraft cover binding. Printed with Green ink and Ruling in Black ink. Machine Numbered in black ink. Top 20Guage wire stitching in two places. One side printing. Size: A-4 (Untrimmed). Paper: White Map litho 60 GSM, ISNo. 1848/07 (Reaffirmed December 2016). Paper must conform to para 4.8.2. Brown Kraft paper; 110 GSM of I.SNo. 1397/90. Grade-II (MG). (N.B: [1] Sample :- Printing matter to be collected form consignee and one samplefor printing, binding and finishing to be got approved from consignee before bulk printing. [2] Packing :-Each packwill contain ten plus ten total twenty books. Each 10 (ten) books packing must be wrapped in 40 microntransparent poly propylene foil or bag as suitable as approved by the Govt. within a suitable size of five plycorrugated cartoon box with proper level of PL No., form No. and Serial No. if any.)
