    Tender For Repair Of Cooling Bed 1 Chain Transfer Equipments- Cooling Bed-I Skid Chain Transfer Guide Channel Replacement-Channel Consists Of Pd/R-97864 / Pt.No.1 (1No.), Pt No 2 (2 Nos.), Pt.No.3 (1No.), Pt No 4 (1 No Out Of Total 10 Nos) Chain Guide Channel, [1].Chain Is To Disconnected And Should Be Taken Out Of Guide Channel. [2] Sliding Grids On Both Sides Of Chain Guide Channel Are To Be Taken Out. [3] Old Chain Guide Channels Are To Be Taken Out. [4] Damage Hole Seat For Chain Guide Channel Are To Be Replaced With Drilled Hole Plates, [5] Same Old Chain Guide Channels With Machined Base Plates Are To Be Fixed, Aligned And Bolts Are To Be Tighted. [6] After Inspection And Alignment Checking Of Base Plates, Welding Of These Plates Are To Be Carried Out With Guide Channel. [7] All Joints Of Guide Channel Are To Be Welded By Side Supports With Plates Of 20 X 160 X 300Mm, Repair Of Various Cabins, Platforms And Staircase Of Plate Mill, Replacing Of Idle Sprocket Assembly With Base, Build Up With Hard Facing Electrodes And Grinded Etc.
